Westlake neighborhood is named after its location on the western shore of Lake Union. It is a relatively narrow neighborhood, there being only a few blocks between the shoreline and its western limit at Aurora Avenue N., beyond which is Queen Anne. Queen Anne is one of the most well-known and noteworthy neighborhoods in Seattle. The neighborhood is the site of the iconic Space Needle and some of the most magnificent views in Seattle. Tourists and locals alike visit Queen Anne because of its rich architectural history, local eateries, and compelling attractions.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
The property has many stairs, and it is NOT child proofed in any way.

NOISE: This unit is part of an HOA so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. There are NO PARTIES allowed in the unit or on the roof, noise must be kept to a minimum and QUIET HOURS must be respected. Guests must be respectful of common areas and adhering to property security guidelines for the safety of all residents and property.
PLANTS: Our indoor and outdoor plants are serviced every other Tuesday between 11am-1pm so guests do not have to water them, just enjoy! By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Definitions: "My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform. - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time. - Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be every other Tuesday between 11am-1pm to water and service indoor plants and outside plants, that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. - Absolutely no parties or loud music. - This is a NON-SMOKING property. - This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit! PET POLICY: -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime. -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture. -Pet fee is required and non refundable -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages. -Please do not let your dog go in the pool (if available) to avoid additional charges. -If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately. PET ETIQUETTE: -Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone. -Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home). -Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors. -Keep them on leash while outside the home. -Always pick up after your dog. -Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
Late Checkout Policy Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement.
