Modern Townhome Free Parking Rooftop
We’re located between the beloved Wallingford, Tangletown and Green Lake neighborhoods of Seattle with many amenities and activities are within walking distance. This place is fully equipped with all the comforts you might find in your own home. You’ll have access to the entire three-story house, rooftop patio and one free parking stall. With your own entrance code, you can securely come and go as you please.
The space
Ground Floor:
An open space with a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, appliances, and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals in the dining area.
Second Floor:
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed accommodating 2 to 3 people.
- Dedicated work area.
- Full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
- Washer and dryer for added convenience.
Third Floor:
A master bedroom with a full-sized bed and a spacious master bathroom with two vanities.
Top Floor:
Ascend to the rooftop for breathtaking views of North Seattle.
Parking:
A single parking spot is provided, though be mindful of the narrow street with a single driving lane on each side.
Comfort and Convenience:
- Quiet split AC and heater units in the living area and each bedroom.
- Fresh linens in bedrooms, and bathrooms stocked with face and bath towels.
- Shower essentials and a complimentary amenity kit provided during your stay.
