To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone, please review our house guidelines:

Shoe-Free Home: To maintain a clean and cozy environment, we kindly ask that you remove shoes upon entry.

Multiple Levels: This is a three-story home. Guests must be comfortable navigating several flights of stairs.

Registered Guests: Only pre-declared guests are permitted. Unauthorized visitors may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Quiet Hours (9 PM – 7 AM): Please respect our nearby neighbors. Excessive noise during these hours is not permitted.

No Parties/Events: Parties are strictly prohibited. Exterior security monitors noise/motion. Violations result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $500+ deep-cleaning fee and immediate eviction.

Pet Policy & House Rules
CRITICAL RULE: Unattended Pets
Pets must never be left alone inside the property unless they are secured in a kennel or crate. If your pet is prone to barking or distress when left alone, we kindly ask that you take them with you when you leave the premises to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

Pre-Approval Required: Please message us with the breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking.

Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee applies to cover professional deep cleaning. This is automatically added to your reservation total.

Furniture & Linens: Pets are strictly prohibited from being on beds, sofas, or decorative rugs. Please bring your own pet bedding.
Waste Disposal: Guests are responsible for immediate cleanup of all pet waste. Please bag waste and dispose of it in the designated outdoor trash bin.

Damage & Liability: Any damage to the property, including floors, furniture, or landscaping, is the guest's financial responsibility.

Check-In/Out: Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-Day Bookings: For last-minute bookings, check-in may be slightly delayed to ensure the home is perfectly prepared.

Trash & Recycling: Please use the appropriate bins. Per Seattle city code, do not use plastic bags for items in the blue recycling bin.

Mail & Deliveries: No mailbox access. Package delivery is at your own risk; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Lost & Found: Please check carefully for belongings before checkout. Shipping forgotten items incurs a $50 handling fee plus postage.
