THE SPACE

The bright living room brings everyone together with comfortable sofas, round wood coffee tables, and a large wall-mounted TV. A striking wood-slat feature wall, soft neutral finishes, and warm accents give the space an inviting feel.

The contemporary kitchen features wood cabinetry, generous counter space, an island with seating, and stainless-steel appliances. A full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher make everyday meals convenient. Start your morning at the coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Three furnished bedrooms provide separate spaces to rest and recharge. Two bathrooms offer added convenience when traveling with family or colleagues, with updated vanities and modern fixtures. An in-unit washer and dryer help keep your routine simple throughout your stay.
HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay.

3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :)

4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem, these things happen :) it`s a lot easier for me to coordinate for a repair or replacement the sooner we know.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
