THE HOME

Three floors of thoughtfully designed space — floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, gas fireplace on the second floor living area, and a rooftop deck above it all with city and mountain views. The kitchen is fully kitted with KitchenAid appliances and everything a group needs for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats 6 with additional stools for larger gatherings.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Central District is one of Seattle's most central neighborhoods — residential and quiet on 24th Ave S, but one block from Judkins Park Light Rail and within easy reach of Capitol Hill's dining and nightlife. Judkins Park is a 5-minute walk with skating, basketball, and open lawns. The neighborhood food scene is diverse and walkable. Capitol Hill's best restaurants and bars are a short rideshare or two stops by train.
