Pets: We are pet-friendly for up to 2 animals. Please include them in your booking, as an additional pet fee applies.

Parties: Absolutely no parties are permitted. Violators will be fined and may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house.

Important Information: The backyard, which features a small lawn, and a 22” charcoal grill, is a shared space with the upstairs unit. Grill utensils are provided, and charcoal is available at the corner market.
