🔑 Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the upper unit of a duplex with a private entrance through the front yard.
The lower unit has a completely separate entrance at the back—both spaces are fully private with no shared access. You may see guests from the lower unit outdoors, but each area is independent.

Self check-in is available via smart lock, and our support team is always reachable via Airbnb messages.

1️⃣ No parties or large gatherings unless preapproved 200$/night

2️⃣ Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighborhood peace and quiet.

3️⃣ No Smoking:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee applies if detected.

4️⃣ Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs) — no cats. A pet fee applies. Pets must stay off furniture and beds, be supervised, and cleaned up after.

5️⃣ No Shoes Indoors:
Please remove shoes to help maintain a clean home.

6️⃣ Self-Catering:
Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) provided. Guests restock as needed.

7️⃣ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available case by case with at least 1 day notice. Additional fee may apply.

8️⃣ Lost & Found:
Items left behind can be shipped for a $50 handling fee + shipping cost.
