Le bùtiment a une terrasse sur le toit avec une VUE PANORAMIQUE sur Puget Sound et les montagnes olympiques! Il y a des tables, des chaises et un barbecue. My family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. We could walk to most places and the bakery downstairs was perfect for breakfast every morning. Gayle was very communicative and welcoming! It felt like staying in a friend’s home!

July 4th getaway

The location is great! It’s walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and so many great restaurants. Communication about checking in was fantastic, Gayle was super helpful and responsive to all questions. The roof top patio is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were very comfortable. Being in the heart of the city, it’s a noisy area. I am used to typical city noise, but I would say this particular spot is not typical. There is a nightclub across the street, frequent loud noises that almost sound like car crashes through the night. There are earplugs available which are definitely needed. We walked around in a group which felt safe enough but I would not walk in the neighborhood alone.

Location!

Fantastic location, amazing communication with Gayle, and the condo is exactly as described. Gayle provided every detail for a seamless check-in. She also greeted us at the condo to help us get in the first time and show us a few tips about the condo. We had 4 adults and one teenager with us during our stay. Plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Gayle’s recommendations for restaurants were spot on. It was an easy walk to all things Seattle. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend Gayle’s rental!

I couldn’t have asked for a better home base while exploring the city. The unit is perfectly situated in the lively Belltown neighborhood—just steps from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, and countless restaurants, cafes, and shops.The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We recently stayed at this 2-bedroom condo in Seattle, and it was an incredible experience. The view of the Elliot Bay from the unit was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The condo itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Gayle was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Could not have been happier with our stay! Gayle was such a pleasure to work with and the amenities offered as part of the condo were top notch. Having space to spread out and be comfortable was pivotal with a little guy, and being walkable to so many fun Seattle spots was a highlight. Perfect location to all the things

Easy walking to several bars and restaurants. And just the right amount of walking to Pikes Market. Condo was cozi and perfect if traveling with teens. Loved Belltown atmosphere we only wished we had more time to explore all it has to offer. Weekday evenings were nice and the area came alive come the weekend. Will be returning wit friends so we can hit more of the night life. Gale and Doug were the absolute best and so helpful! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable!

The host, Gayle is very transparent and wonderful to work with. Her condo has a high walking rating and for good reason. Our intention was to stay close to downtown and walk everywhere. He condo is conveniently located just an 8 minute walk from Pike Pkace Narket

Everthing was great! I thought that there was to be two bathrooms, but I may have been mistaken and it was one of the reasons for my deciding on this property. To stay in constant contact with the ownerwas wonderful and her dinning sugestions were great.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was wonderful and so well located to walk allover the city. Gayle gave us amazing dining suggestions and was very attentive to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The condo has everything you might need plus parking and is located in a beautiful building.

Wonderful stay! The host was very responsive-she took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spotless, the beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. It is a fantastic location. There was a bakery and small market right downstairs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best Decision!

10/10 would recommend again and again! This was absolutely perfect for my family of 4 (with two boys aged 7 and 10) fall break trip. Amazing location that was walkable to so much and was safe/secure. We loved the clean, homey feel of the condo and made sure to take in a sunset from the rooftop patio one night as well. Couldn’t possibly have asked for a better host either. She was super responsive and helpful and texted to check on us a couple of times during our short stay.
