Smith House: is a 6 bedroom house located Ocean Front on Seaside's Promenade. 4 of the bedrooms and the living room all have Ocean Front Views and the ability to open windows and partake in the lovely ocean breeze. From the large grass yard to being a short walking distance to downtown you will never be bored in the house. Perfect home for a family gathering in Seaside!
*Parking for 4 Vehicles. All VEHICLES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN/THROUGH GARAGE. Garage height is 6 ft 7 inches, so only cars and smaller SUV. No Street parking allowed
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from October - May excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
BBQ Available May - September Only
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
Check-in Times:

5 pm (3/15-10/31)
Check Out Times:
11 am (11/1-3/14),
12pm (3/15-10/31)
Maximum Occupancy: 12 people (Guests of all ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles Allowed (must park onsite): 4 All VEHICLES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN/THROUGH GARAGE. Garage height is 6 ft 7 inches, so only cars and smaller SUV. No Street parking allowed for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home, this is a city ordinance.
