This rental is for families only. No large groups or parties including Prom parties. Must be 27 years old and up to rent.
Summer rentals are 7 night minimum and Saturday check in to Saturday check out only from Mid July to Mid September. Bed sheet linens only included for 7 nights or more stays. Outside of summer rentals you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets and pillows are provided.
From the front entry way you will find immediate relaxation in this elegant home. The main floor offers a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. The dining area offers a 10 person table plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The living room offers ample seating and with the slider nearby to a large deck. On the deck there are 2 chairs with a table plus a picnic style bench for eating. Towards the back of the main floor is a bedroom with a queen pull out sofa and a twin pull out sofa. There is a full bath just outside the bedroom. A pantry and a large grilling deck that offers more dining and casual relaxation seating under string lights round out the main floor.
Upstairs there are 3 bunk beds in the back bedroom that are all twin over full sizes. There is a queen bedroom down the hall with a full bath these bedrooms share. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and a linen closet. At the front of the house is the Jr. Master Suite with its own private full bath and deck with stunning ocean views.
On the top level is the exclusive master suite with private full bath and deck. The bath offers 2 sinks, storage cabinetry, and a separate toilet room. The private deck has 3 rocking chairs and two accent tables with the best ocean views.
Also on the top level is a common roof deck for the whole house to use with incredible views of the beach, ocean, and all the rides lit up down the other end of the boardwalk.
There is a 2 car tandem parking garage at street level with the back half of the garage set up as a "teen hang out". It can also be used as indoor seating while others are in the hot tub just outside under the back covered area.
8 beach badges included! Beach and bath towels stocked at the house as well and available for use if you wash, dry, and put back as found or simply bring your own!
