Welcome to your Seaside Heights beach retreat, a spacious multi-level single-family home designed for families and responsible groups who want comfort, convenience, and a little luxury. License number 2475

Summer rentals are 7 night minimum only from July to Mid September Saturday to Saturday stays only. Bed sheet linens only included for 7 nights or more stays. Outside of summer rentals you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets and pillows are provided.

Just a 3-minute walk to the iconic Seaside Heights boardwalk—rides, arcades, restaurants, and nightlife right outside your door. Ocean beach access is an easy walk, giving you the perfect balance of fun and relaxation.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with our adult kids and grandkids. There is so much to do with the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach was so nice and clean. We went towards the afternoon and stayed later when the beach would clear out. The kids had a ball. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful week! We would love to stay again!

Great location Great Property

Second time staying in the home. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary woth family and friends. Easily accomodated the group. Felt like we can ll be sread out and then come together for dinner and games. Very close to the board walk, cvs nearby and acme right behind us. We were able to fit 3 cars One in garage, one in the driveway and one on the street. House was stocked with whats needed for cooking and cleaning the ice maker was clutch for the weekend Roodtop deck is always a great hangout spot tonrelax when suns out in addition to the individual deck outside the master bedroom if you want a bit of privacy. Owner is available if needed to answer questions and any issues but had none during our stay. Overall great experience.

BEACH WEEKEND

We were there for Memorial day weekend. The house is great, tons of room and so relaxing. Everyone had a great time and absolutely loved the rooftop lounge area. Our teeneagers loved the hottub and only a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It was nice to come onto the boardwalk right at the beginning, no crowds and quiet. Would certainly come back and definitely recommend to others.

Property was very nice. The hot tub on a cool day was relaxing. I stayed with 2 teens (14 yr olds). They enjoyed their time hanging out on the rooftop deck with the hot tub. About a block to the beach. Ten minute walk to Casino Pier.We stayed 4 nights. Would stay again.

Great house for NJ boardwalk experience !!

The location was great and the big house permitted to all be in the house without being one on top of the other. Found the host a bit cheap on the necessities : minimal toilet paper, not even a sponge in the kitchen , required to clean the towels if used, but no detergent, no soap in the bathrooms. I've rented cheaper housing and have always had these amenities included.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is stylish, clean, and very spacious. The location is perfect for access to the beach and start of the boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere. Plenty of beach chairs and badges. Hot tub was huge hit for our teen boys. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommended.

Great house. Great location.

This was a very nice property. Clean, beautifully decorated. No need to bring linens, beach towels or beach chairs, which was great- less to pack!. Spacious rooms. Plenty of room for all. Loved the rooftop hot tub. Great proximity to Acme and CVS, and more importantly the beach and boardwalk. Michelle was a wonderful host. Would recommend this property to others and would stay again.

4th of July week in Seaside, NJ

Very nice unit. Lots of steps. Clean. Roof deck has pigeon problems, probably like others in the area! Lots of cushions to take in and out every night. Has basic supplies you might forget from home but Acme is close across the field. Lots of nice beach chairs and umbrellas there. A note, the frig needs filters, per lighted reminder on door. Huge kitchen since and no stopper made it difficult to wash any dishes by hand.There was enough or more propane for one use of hamburgers and dogs, and another tank there. We moved grill use out to sidewalk as instructed but house two doors away toward stop sign used it right outside the garage door! House on end toward stop sign still blasting bass music til 11:30 at night, vibrating the windows even though quiet time was after 11 pm. Tenants to left, toward ocean, were very friendly during their stay. Microwave oven high up for short people! Seaside beach policy closed after 8 pm very strict due to young adult behavior, not your house responsibility. Numbered parking spots for fee everywhere, no free parking even to patronize local restaurants or businesses. Long time since we were there last. Ferris wheel fantastic. 4th of July parking went as high as $50 everywhere for the day. We left late Saturday afternoon because of concern to be out by 10 am Sunday and forcasted weather on Sunday. Overall, the price for the week was a lot but not out of the ordinary for the Jersey shore anymore. Nice place, nice owner with quick response.

Amazing beach vacation

We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful townhouse in Seaside Heights and it was beyond perfect for our family! Clean, fully stocked and comfortable beds. Michelle was amazing and the communication was great! We Would not hesitate to stay again at this amazing Seaside Heights beach house! Beautiful, Relaxing, Spacious

This house is wonderfully spacious and within walking distance of the boardwalk and a grocery and liquor store. We visited in the off season, so we were able to spend most of the time relaxing in the hot tub and cooking in the large kitchen. The open sitting area was perfect for a relaxed birthday celebration with a few adults. On site washer and dryer was definitely a bonus, beds were so large and comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Spacious, Clean and Amazing Location!!

Our stay was excellent. We had a group of 8 adults with plenty of room to spread out and have privacy as needed. The 4 bathrooms are a HUGE plus (there is one on every floor). Just a short 5-10min walk for groceries, liquor/beer and wine + everything the boardwalk has to offer. So much fun and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!! A+++
