Guests also have access to shared facilities, including a ground-floor laundry room and large communal garden. At the bottom of the garden, you'll find a peaceful lake with an exclusive fishing area reserved for guests — a wonderful spot to relax after a day of exploring.



For entertainment and a friendly atmosphere, our on-site sports pub is attached to the property. Enjoy a drink, watch live Sky Sports, challenge friends to a game of pool or grab a selection of cold food. The pub is open during weekday evenings, with extended opening hours at weekends.



Free on-site parking is available for approximately 8–9 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
