« Excellent experience. From check-in to check-out the staff was great, the kitchen clearly knows what they are doing and the facility is top notch. We stayed in the rooms that were not in the castle, they were great. »
« We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. »
« From the pictures, I thought this hotel would be lovely and I was quite disappointed. The one word I would use to describe it is “tired”. The neighbourhood surrounding it is very nice. The seaside views are gorgeous, but even some nice flowers around the property would do a lot to enhance the appearance. The dining room felt like a mass low end meeting hall. »
