« The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

« Excellent experience. From check-in to check-out the staff was great, the kitchen clearly knows what they are doing and the facility is top notch. We stayed in the rooms that were not in the castle, they were great. »
