Discover Bodiam Close, your perfect base for exploring Seaford and the surrounding areas with its close proximity to Seven Sisters Country Park. This spacious house offers a comfortable and well-equipped space for your holiday. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's ideal for families or groups. The Space:
Welcome to Bodiam Close, a charming holiday retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and togetherness.
Step inside to discover a spacious living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Curl up on one of the cosy sofas or settle into the armchair while catching up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area makes self-catering a pleasure. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need, it’s ideal for preparing home-cooked meals and enjoying them together around the dining table - a great spot for laughter and conversation.
One of the highlights of Bodiam Close is the beautiful back garden. Featuring outdoor furniture beneath a pergola and a large lawned area, it’s the perfect place to soak up the sunshine, fire up the BBQ, and spend quality time outdoors.
Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second offers a comfortable double bed. The third bedroom features a small double, making it a cosy haven for either one or two guests.
A modern family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead and handheld showers, WC, and basin completes the first floor.
To make your stay even more convenient, Bodiam Close offers private parking right at the property, so you can settle in and start relaxing from the moment you arrive.

Guests have access to the full property.
Access to the property is via a key safe box - further details will be provided prior to check-in.
Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay per reservation.

The beach is a wide shingle stretch, ideal for a peaceful stroll, a dip in the sea, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a traditional town centre with independent shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants serving local produce.
Seaford is also a great base for exploring the South Downs National Park, with scenic trails leading straight from the doorstep. The historic towns of Lewes and Alfriston, as well as the vibrant city of Brighton, are all within easy reach for day trips.

Bodiam Close is a short 5-minute drive away from Seaford Train Station where direct services can be found operating to Brighton and Hove, Lewes and Newhaven.
A number of bus routes operate in Seaford offering access to Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne and Polegate.
