Relax in the screened in porch as you watch the phenomenal sunsets over Horseshoe Creek and the River with the picturesque shrimp boats at Rockville! This pet friendly, delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1st floor, villa is a great vacation spot for your family and friends. Enjoy the neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. The Lake House with indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center is a short walk.

The living area has a cable 55 tv with an open dining room giving you plenty of space to socialize with your family and friends. The dining room is surrounded by windows offering a great view. Open your living room sliders and walk onto your screen porch, with breathtaking marsh sunset views. The table seats six and is close to the kitchen. There are also three bar stools to enjoy sitting at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms and three baths in this spacious villa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv with adjoining full bath with a shower/tub and separate vanity area. A small private screened porch overlooks the tidal marsh. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full bath with a separate sink area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full hall bath.

Just steps from the house is the Heron Point neighborhood pool, tennis courts and Racquet Club for your use. Walk across the street to the Equestrian Center to feed the horses apples and carrots. The Lake House facilities are a short walk away. 3 1/2 mile beach is just a short drive away. Historic Charleston is a 40 minute drive.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This property includes access to Club amenities: the oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged.

Up to (2) dogs are welcome to join you! No cats. An additional pet fee is added.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

23 friends and I stayed at this property while on a golf vacation. We played 5 times on Kiawah Island courses during the week. The Seabrook location was perfect for our stay. Close, yet secluded. Enjoyed just being steps from the community pool. Not sure I'd get an amenity card if I returned - we were not there for the beach and there are plenty of other dining options available

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our Seabrook Island visit. The changing view of the marsh was fascinating to observe throughout the day. The lack of a lot of traffic made dog walking adventures especially pleasant. The property offered comfort and all the basic necessities!

I was sorely disappointed with the condition of the condo. It definitely needs a complete update before anyone else rents it. More than that, I felt it needed a deep cleaning. There was food or something on several of the kitchen cabinets. The laundry closet had spider webs and crud on the floor and baseboards. The furniture was covered in slipcovers, and even those were extremely worn, to the point I wouldn’t sit on the furniture. While there, the towel bar came off the wall, the closet doors in one of the bedrooms kept coming off the tracks. Several of the closet doors were very hard to open and close. The drain in the master did not work unless you went under the sink and pried it open. I let the management company know about all of this and they said they would talk to the owners.

We enjoyed our stay. It is 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths which is nice when you have 4 adults. We appreciated being able to bring our family dog. Sunsets off the porch were gorgeous.

We have a great visit on Seabrook at this property. Location was great, easy to get to both the beach and the shopping and restaurants! Also dog friendly which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

My family got together for the first time in 2 years at this this condo. We all really enjoy the peaceful and serene spot. The unit was fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Beautiful sunsets every night. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so no arguing over bathrooms. We look forward to next time already It was hard to leave this morning.

Great space, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We should have called the property management upon check in. Some items were dated and should have been replaced - coffee maker (keurig, broom). Screens did not fit front bedroom window, if you open bugs will enter. Easy check in and check out. Washer and Dryer were new and in great working order. Overall good space - location is about 2.5 miles from beach, great for biking or short car ride. Great location to Freshfields.

Salt Marsh community is just outside the Seabrook main gates but has its own private gate and is really exclusive and convenient. Love the easy access to the lake house, tennis, Bohickets and fresh fields. Very nice home with high end finish and great layout. We love Seabrook and coastal getaways are always very accommodating !!

This was my first time renting a condo at Seabrook instead of a house or villa. I was pleased with this well stocked property—the floor plan allowed for us to all still have a private area and a common room. The views from the screened in porch were great.

We spent the week here with our Sister-in-Law's family and enjoyed everything from the booking process to check-out. Although we didn't see our host, we had more than enough information and opportunity with the rapid response e-mails. We were provided 24-hour telephone numbers but had no use for them, although, I'm sure they would have been even faster than the email response. The property was fantastic also as we spent every evening out on the screened in porch enjoying the weather and company. I wondered at first on arrival as it is a two story with another family above; however, we didn't know they were even there. For us, the clock stopped which is exactly what we wanted and needed. I wish the calendar hadn't as we would still be there.

This unit has the most beautiful view. There is a lovely screened porch where we enjoyed cocktail hour with every sunset. The bedroom are very spacious and far enough away from each other for total privacy. One of the bedrooms also has a marsh view. The decor is very nice and the dining table is large enough for a family dinner. It's also right inside the gate of Seabrook Island, so you can easily bike to all of the local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
