Lovely Villa with exceptional views of the marsh and nature. This is an elevated (up one story stairs - no elevator) Villa with 2 private bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) and 2 full baths, with an addition up stairs open loft room for the 3rd bedroom (with 2 Full beds). Guests love the chefs kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and waterfall quartz. The gold toned sink and hardware coordinate tastefully with the stunning quartz backsplash, and luxury vinyl plank wood look floors throughout. The eat in kitchen has a lovely island that doubles as a table with 3 barstools (with a 4th and 5th barstool in the closet). The living room has an electric fireplace and mounted 75 inch TV on the "feature" ship lap lined wall. However, the star of this Villa are the exceptional views from the large living room picture windows, where views are mesmerizing. You will see several species of stunning birds. As well as fabulous sunsets from the bedroom deck. The living room has a leather couch and love seat, and large rug. Perfect for cozy evenings in front of the ambient fireplace. The bedroom on the right of the Villa has a private adjoining bath with a stand up shower, large vanity sink and toilet. This bedroom is spacious with 2 closets, a comfy Queen bed and private sun deck with 2 chaise lounges. The bedroom to the left of the kitchen has an adjoining bath also available to guests, that has a bathtub, vanity sink and toilet. This bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed and is very spacious and has 2 closets. The loft area upstairs has 2 inviting Full beds, and 2 cushy chairs. The loft area has a walk out observatory deck, with nice exterior lounge furniture and a sun umbrella, perfect for morning coffee or watching the stars at night. On the ground level there are two hammocks available that look out to the marsh. This Villa is located in the Dune Loft neighborhood. The Dune Loft neighborhood is near the fire station, water tower and the boat launch/docks. We have several types/sizes of complimentary bikes. There is a washer and dryer in the shed area. The Villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach (5 minute car ride). This villa is perfect for anyone wanting a free standing villa large enough to accommodate a larger family. We are pet friendly, for well behaved pets. The villa is cleaned thoroughly and inspected after each guest. If you like to fish the boat launch and docks are around the corner from this villa. (we can even supply a couple of fishing poles - just let us know). In addition, we have complimentary adult bikes (and some children bikes).
