Step inside our welcoming villa, where comfortable accommodations await for up to 3 guests. The bedroom boasts a plush king bed, ensuring a rejuvenating night's sleep after a day of exploration. There is full sized sofa bed in the living area, a delight for the kids.

Bask in the natural light flooding the inviting living room, creating a cozy ambiance that beckons you to unwind. Guest Access: Welcome to Seabrook, where your island adventure begins with exclusive amenities. 🏝️ Before diving into the details, let's ensure you have your key to paradise – your amenity card.

Amenity Card Essentials:
• 💳 A $15 refundable deposit per card.
• 📆 Daily/weekly Amenity Fee : $40/day or $300/week.
• 🔄 Additional guests with separate credit cards: $50 admin fee per card.


Amenity card requests are to be made 48 hours in advance. Prearrange your amenity card via the guest information section link.
Cards will be ready for pick up on your arrival date at the Amenity Card office.

This property does not have access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities but all guests can reach out to the amenity office to purchase cards at a daily or weekly rate. Stop by the amenity office @ 1101 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island, SC 29455 on the way on to the island to pick your Amenity Cards up to give you access to all clubs and restaurants on the island. You will pay a $15 deposit on your card and it will be refunded once the card is returned to the office.

Seabrook Island lays claim to one of the longest and most dynamic expanses of beach shoreline in the coastal Carolinas. There are nearly four miles of pristine and peaceful sandy locales to explore. Beach access is enhanced with nine boardwalks that link the attractive beach housing with the inviting beach and ocean waters.

General Beach Rules & Restrictions:
The town’s Beachfront Management Ordinance prohibits the following activities on all beaches within the town:

1. Walking on any portion of the primary frontal sand dune (other than designated SIPOA or private access points).

2. Driving or operating any motor vehicle on the beach, except as authorized by the town.

3. Harming, harassing, or disturbing any loggerhead turtle or endangered/threatened bird species, including their eggs and nests.

4. Swimming in Captain Sams Inlet during the period two hours before to two hours after low tide, or any time when dolphins are present in the inlet (NEW).

5. Failing to restrain a pet when and where required by ordinance (see below for leash requirements).

6. Failing to pick up and dispose animal waste.

7. Leaving trash, debris, or refuse on the beach.

8. Negligent operation of any vessel or watercraft, including while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

9. Launching or retrieving a motorized vessel of any kind.

10. Overnight storage of personal beach equipment and supplies.

11. Building or maintaining a fire or open flame (unless approved by SIPOA above the high-water mark).

12. Using any grill, cooker, or heating device heated by fire.

13. Igniting or discharging fireworks.

14. Using any type of glass container.

15. Engaging in commercial activities (including solicitation).

16. “Chumming” on or within 600 feet of the beach.

• Prohibited Vehicles: For the tranquility of the island, please note that motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards, mopeds, go-carts, and golf carts are prohibited. Embrace the peaceful surroundings with alternative modes of exploration.

• Permitted Vehicles: Low Speed Vehicles and Neighborhood Electric Vehicles are allowed on the island. Conveniently, these can be rented from local vendors for your island adventures.

Welcome to our oasis on Seabrook Island! Your stay does not include a Seabrook Island Club Amenity card. To enjoy pools, restraurants on Seabrook Island you will need to purchase an amenity card from the amenity office.
The card requires a $15 deposit and $40/day or $300 weekly charge. Unlock access to the Beach Club, outdoor pools, beach area, restaurants, golf, tennis, equestrian center, Lake House with pools, fitness center, and an indoor pool. Some amenities have additional fees.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 1 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.



Evacuation Policy:
In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County, enjoy a 100% refund within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.

House Rules:
• No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for smoke damages
• Smoking permitted outside, 10 feet from doors
• Firearms strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Observe quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests responsible for following Town of Seabrook Ordinance rules.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painter's tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.
