Parking & Logistics

The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for gate passes on the island:

• Gate passes are $45 per vehicle, for stays of 1 to 179 nights

• Maximum of 4 passenger vehicles parked overnight, 11 PM to 7 AM

• Your first two gate passes are included with your stay

• Low-speed vehicles (golf carts) are permitted; a rented LSV uses one of your four vehicle passes



Guest access

You have exclusive use of our entire home, the screened porch, the deck, and the garage for the length of your stay. Self check-in with a keypad, code sent before arrival. The beach gear and the EV charger are in the garage and are yours to use.



Other things to note

House Rules

• Dogs under 25 pounds allowed for an additional fee of $45 per dog, per night

• No smoking inside or out; fee may apply

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours 9 PM to 7 AM

• No commercial photography

• Eight guests maximum overnight

• Four vehicles maximum overnight



FAQs

• Two Ring cameras cover the front door and the garage, and a third covers the back deck; all three are for security and capture exterior footage only, none inside the home

• This home doesn't have its own pool; swimming is at the Beach Club and Lake House pools, both included in your stay. The pool table is in its own dedicated room off the great room

• The front entry has steps, and three of the four bedrooms are upstairs; the main-floor king suite has no stairs to reach
