  • Marsh Walk 2008 Cette villa située au 2ème étage de Marsh Walk dispose de 2 chambres et de 2 salles de bains et offre une vue magnifique sur les marais. Situé juste en bas de la rue du centre de tennis du Seabrook Island Club, de Lake House et du centre équestre, il est parfaitement situé pour profiter de nombreuses commodités.

    La villa dispose d'un salon ouvert doté de parquet et de portes menant à un porche avec vue sur les marais. Partagez des histoires de votre journée tout en vous relaxant sur un mobilier confortable. Regardez vos émissions ou vos films préférés sur le grand téléviseur HD. Approchez-vous du porche et sirotez des boissons fraîches autour de la table ou installez-vous sur les chaises avec un livre. À l'heure du dîner, rassemblez-vous autour de la table pour 4 personnes. Il y a des sièges supplémentaires pour deux personnes au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en blocs de boucher. Les laveuses / sécheuses HE empilées sont cachées derrière une porte coulissante dans le salon.

    La chambre principale a un lit queen, salle de bain et accès au porche filtré. Regardez les nouvelles du matin à la télé. La salle de bains rénovée dispose d'une vanité moderne avec un comptoir en verre et un lavabo. La grande douche est carrelée et a des portes en verre et une pomme de douche à main. Les portes offrent une vue sur le marais de marée. La 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux et des portes coulissantes menant à un pont ouvert. La salle de bain a été rénovée et comprend une douche / baignoire, un sol en carrelage et une nouvelle vanité.

    Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer du Beach Club (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure. La carte d’équipement du club permet également d’accéder aux installations du Lake House (piscine extérieure / aucun frais; piscine intérieure / centre de remise en forme / moyennant des frais).

    Si vous souhaitez amener votre chien à Seabrook Island, cette villa accepte les animaux domestiques. Des frais pour animaux de compagnie non remboursables s'appliqueront si vous voyagez avec votre chien.

    Cette maison est idéalement située près de la porte. Montez à vélo à Freshfields Village ou à Bohicket Marina. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine du quartier. Ou marchez jusqu'au Lake House et profitez de l'aire de jeu, de la piscine à accès zéro ou du centre de remise en forme. Cette maison est parfaitement située pour des vacances en famille!

The apartment was very well stocked. We recommend getting an LSV for the duration of the stay as it made getting around very easy.

Fully equipped and spacious

We had a wonderful stay. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at regarding the “extras.” The kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, etc. Only one minor change would be the pillows in king bedroom need replacing. Excellent stay, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Seabrook

This is a beautiful place. Very friendly people and top touch amenities. The only thing bad was the microwave broke and we had to get the property manager to replace. Other then that it was perfect.

Great spot for rest and relaxation!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. From breakfasts overlooking the marsh on the screened porch, to the proximity of access to local amenities, to the peaceful, quiet, and safe location on Seabrook, there is not a thing I would change! We are already looking at dates to return in 2024.

Charming Condo Worth the Stay!

This is a charming, neatly-furnished condo. Spacious living room and a beautiful deck make it worth your stay. Just keep in mind the condo is approximately 3-4 miles from the beach and the Beach Club, so if you’re keen on staying closer to the beach, this may not be the right condo for you. Regardless, this is a very nice condo and we’d definitely stay here again.

Noisy and Hot

The front bedroom with the twin beds was uncomfortable. The beds were overly hard The AC did not pump in sufficient air to keep the room within 5 degrees of the master bedroom The noise from the condenser on the front balcony kept waking us up during the night as it cycled on and off.

Lovely Place!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the setting with the screen porch overlooking the marsh and woods. You almost feel like you are in a treehouse! The condo has been updated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, etc. It has high quality appliances, tv and stereo equipment, classy furnishings even on the screen porch. We actually liked the fact that it was a little ways from the beach because it was quiet and peaceful and we loved riding our bikes to the beach. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding (including a down comforter under the bedspread. I can’t wait to come back again! Seabrook Island is so beautiful, especially in spring!

Not your fault and I should have ask what floor it was on. Not in property description that it was on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR.! My husband is 82 and it was very difficult.

Great property!

We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

Seabrook Condo

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Needs cleaning and updating

This unit was in a great location, had a nice big screened in porch, and a well stocked kitchen. Also, Coastal Getaways was very nice to deal with. However, the furniture and other parts of the unit were dirty and the little things (clogged sink, towel holder falling off the wall, etc) should be taken care.

Perfect calm spot

Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Screened-In Porch

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and charming, but overall, it needed updating and revamping. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The appliances were nice with the exception of the washer/dryer, which were VERY loud. We were very comfortable, but, I would have preferred something more updated on a property that had walkways to the marsh. The nearby pool was nice, and the included amenity cards were a definite bonus. The very large screened-in porch was wonderful. If booking this property, go directly through Coastal Getaways. I would stay here again, but, I’m hoping that the owners will revamp and update everything. It feels like it was a do-it-yourself project, which can be charming...but, can also feel half-baked.

Had a great time! Easy check in and check out. Property updated and clean. Located on 3rd floor so you have to be OK with doing stairs, but for the price and location, and amenity card...it was a great fit for us. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. You really sink in to these! But it wasn’t bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. Thumbs up!

Seabrook Condo

Great location! Had all the amenities and loved the screened in porch in the back. My father has coffee out there every morning. The beds in the one bedroom weren’t the most comfortable and would have like a tv in that room, but overall my parents, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Also didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor, steps were a bit much for my parents who are in their late seventies.
