« The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). « We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. « If you like the 70s then this may be the place. I do, so I enjoyed it. Some of the things are a little rundown but if the price is right then I recommend. Great view of the ocean. Hot tub situated under the trees. Kitchen a bit lacking in supplies but sufficient. Bedrooms nice, comfortable. There was no firewood supplied so pick some up on the way or in Gualala at the market. Watch out for ticks in the yard, they are abundant. »

« We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house with the large grassy front yard and back decks. We were visited by deer and quail in the front and bunnies and jays in the back. We loved sitting on the platform on the bluff, watching sea lions and seabirds go by.
