The location of the apartment is impressive due to its short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars in just a few minutes. In summer and winter, you can explore the extensive hiking trail network directly from the apartment. Or take a round on the nine-hole golf course, which is located in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance, there is a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven and the golf restaurant, which also welcomes guests. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountain landscape.



The approximately 50 m2 large apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small but fine balcony. The living room is equipped with a cozy sofa corner and offers space to enjoy the shared vacation. At the table with corner bench, you can dine excellently or host a game night together.



The ski area Motta Naluns can be reached by car and postal bus from Scuol in just 5 minutes. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached by car in 7 minutes. The ice rink and football field Gurlaina are accessible on foot in 15 - 20 minutes. Various shopping opportunities are located in the nearby Scuol.



In summer, the entire Lower Engadine offers beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. The short hike to Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour, is popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park and Tarasp Castle are nearby.
