Property was as described. Views of the lake were beautiful. The House is at the end of the street so no traffic, just peaceful living
 driveway is tricky in the dark with boat and trailer but once you can see, it was easy to turn it around to take to the nearest boat launch
 very convenient to have the boat tied up at the boat house to jump on anytime
 house had extra necessities for emergencies that was very appreciated
. Jamie was very nice and helpful during a bad storm
. and the main bedroom was very comfortable to relax and listen to the rain hitting the metal roof after a long day of fishing
 the kids really enjoyed the screened in porch to relax and watch a movie without the bugs bothering them
 cant say enough good things about this house.. we really enjoy this home and already planning another stay

PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL VIEW. HAD ALL THE AMENITIES THAT WE NEEDED. WALKING UP OR DOWN TO THE BOATHOUSE IS NOT EASY. VERY STEEP GRADE! IT SHOULD SAY THAT ON YOUR LISTING ABOUT THE STEEP GRADE TO THE BOATHOUSE. BESIDE THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.

Loved the house, location, and all the amenities. The driveway took a little extra care for pulling boats in (as specified) and the hall shower was a little tight for a big guy but it was great. Just wish we had a little more TIME....

Great house to stay in with an amazing view of the lake. The interior is great and the outdoor patio area is nice, just too cold to use it. The property manager was super easy to talk to and responded very quickly. Went up for a weekend fishing trip and this is where we were a little disappointed. When they say it’s a steep driveway, it is STEEP and TIGHT. We couldn’t get out of one entrance to the driveway because the trailers were going to bottom out. We were barely able to pull in, back up, and go out the back entrance (full size diesel truck with 20’ boat and 4WD). We found it was easier to turn around down the road and back down the road to the house. However there was construction going on and the worker’s vehicles were in the road so it was a challenge to get around them. It is a one lane road. The dock is very nice, however you must have high sides on your boat to be able to tie up to the dock without floating under it. There is one side with some lower boards but they are still high out of the water. One of our boats (bass boat) wouldn’t reach the sides so they had to pull it out of the water everyday and back down the driveway. Wish we would have known this before arriving to the property. Some pictures of the docking area and driveway would have been nice.

We were really impressed with this property, the dock was amazing. We brought our fishing boat and the house was located very close to a nice boat launch. We were able to keep it tied up to dock, plenty of space. Family did a lot of night time fishing from the dock and caught some big blue catfish. My son caught a 7 1/2 lb bass! Bird watching was good too, lots of migrating birds.We really enjoyed the screened in porch and being able to have a fire in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and having the grill was handy too.We have rented other houses in AL but this was best one we have done yet, family was already asking mid-week if we could rent this again next spring break. Great location to boat launch, GTO tackle shop as well as grocery and other shopping. We went to Unclaimed Baggage store twice. Thanks for a great stay!

Has great views of the lake right on the water. The screened in porch with fireplace was a great addition for our stay. The screen porch has a bar area with sink icemaker, and drink cooler. The house was more than spacious and room for everyone. Excellent communications with the property manager answered all of our questions.
