We stayed here for a fishing event and it was perfect. Tons of room for everyone and their boats. Boat ramp was very usable. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here every time I come to guntersville.

Lake Vacation

This house is in a perfect location for fisherman and fishing families. The house is big, clean and very well kept. The house features plenty parking for trucks with boats attached and having a private launch was the ultimate feature. We enjoyed Lake Guntersville and hope to return soon. It was by far my and my family’s favorite vacation.

Great Getaway

We had a great time! Super awesome place with lots of space. The AC went out in the master bedroom upstairs and they had someone come out right away to get it fixed. The only complaint for the entire stay was an unpleasant smell on the lower level throughout the stay. We were unable to locate the origin of it but aside from that, we had a wonderful time staying here with our family.

Beautiful place it did have sewer odor in the kitchen but it wasn’t to awful but the neighbors dogs were over all the time which wasn’t good at all because we had our little service dog upset and a they someone working on there boat running saws during the day

Great property-Great location!

Finding a place to accommodate 6 fiaherman and 3 trucka and bass boats can be difficult. This property is perfect for that. Great parking, private boat launch, andoutdoor electrical!

Family gathering

We had 10 adults and the bedroom and bathroom set up was ideal! No one had to wait to use a bathroom or shower. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook for all. Even had family that stayed in a nearby hotel hang out

Bridal party

Needed a place for the bridesmaids to stay that had enough room for all. We had so much space to be together or space to spread out as to not be on top of each other. The kitchen had an unreal amount of space for cooking and serving guests. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We all want to comeback and stay longer next time.

Overall we had a great time at this property. Unfortunately we did have some issues. The owner had to meet us at the property with the keys and felt a tour was necessary, which was a little awkward. It also required extra communication and coordination. The house was as pictured in the ad, plenty of room for the entire family with great kitchen space for big families. However the main living room and kitchen area had a very potent smell that we had to contend with during our stay. Very similar to an animal urine smell. The dock is not swimmer friendly, and does not provide great access for lounging or sunbathing. The dock is also shared with other residents which is not disclosed in the advertisement. We were only told that someone would be coming on the 4th to take their boat from the dock, but we stayed for 5 nights and every day we were there we had traffic in and out of the sheds and the boat dock. Neighbors and owner, who were all very friendly, but this lack of privacy made the stay a little uncomfortable. Not what we are normally used to for a VRBO stay.

AMAZING

This was by far the best weekend getaway I’ve ever taken. The property was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t think of anything bad about it if I tried so this is an easy review, I will be back and I will refer to my family and friends. Thank you for such an amazing weekend
