A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area – the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals. The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the outdoor space in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.
