The Space:
Experience home away from home at our boutique studio loft uniquely designed by a local interior designer featured on HGTV. As you walk through the door, you are welcomed with bright and modern design, playful pops of color, floor to ceiling windows, abundant natural lighting and city views. Everything you need is within walking distance including the popular Jay Street shops, Amtrak station, festivals, and farmers market. We are only a short Uber drive to the River’s Casino.

A local stay for families and students during upcoming college season
We are 1.4 miles away from Union College (about a 5 minute drive)
1.5 miles away from SUNY Schenectady County Community College (about a 5 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
Additional fees:
-If we are able to accommodate an early check in, you must request 24 hours in advance. Early check in before 2:30 pm is a $50 fee.
-If we are able to accommodate a late check out, please request at least 24 hours in advance. The late check out fee is $50. Otherwise, our check out time is strict to ensure our cleaners proper length of time to turnover the unit.
-If there are any damages found during the stay, you will be billed for the cost to replace the items.
-We strictly prohibit smoking of any kind. If smoking is found in the house, it is a $250 fee.
-Failure to follow directions for the trash and put them on the curb on the designated trash days will result in a $150 fee.

★Laundry Use★
Please note that we have a washer and dryer on site that is located in the common hallway area. It is a shared washer/dryer for all of our guests.
★ Before You Book ★
We are located in the heart of a downtown city area which means the building is susceptible to loud noises, sirens, music, anything you would typically find in a downtown city area. This charming historical building is also 125 years old with thinner walls.
-Please note that we do not have parking on the premises. There is paid street parking available and we will provide apps and parking instructions to make your experience more convenient.
-This is a 3 story building so there are short flights of stairs. Please consider this before booking if you have any challenges with stairs.
-We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 smoke removal & clean up fee.
Interaction with Guests:
We won't be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app.
