The pull-up couch is perfect for extra 1-2 guests. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and freezer, sink, induction stove, and all you would need to cook. This includes pots & pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, and a coffee maker. In the bathroom, there is a stall-size shower, sink, and toilet. You can also expect a full-size washer and dryer as well as a standable drying rack for air drying. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and premium bedding.

$250 per violation

-Do not tamper with cm/smoke alarms.

-No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home.
Nightly rate per stay, a minimum of $250.

-No overnight guests without prior approval.

-Without prior arrangements, a late check-out fee will be issued.
