The property is in a great area. This is a secure building with 2 gates that can be locked for added comfort and safety. The fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. Full size bed in the bedroom; Bathroom with shower; water filtration system; Private balcony with a great view of the neighborhood. A spiral staircase leads you to the rooftop deck with palapa, cement couches and 2 lounge chairs.

Guest have access to the entire apartment to include the private balcony and rooftop deck.
Other things to note
There are approximately 25 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. The property is close enough to all of the action in the town square and beach, yet far enough to evade all of the loud noise and music. However, this is Sayulita, meaning that you will also occasionally hear roosters in the morning.
