We are located in the north side of Sayulita across the street from the beach and a 10 minute flat walk to the town square.
Casa Ajusko is a 3BR condo located on two levels. The main floor has a comfortable living room with tv and Bose speaker and high speed internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. The principal bedroom has a king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom can either be set up as a king or two singles. There is a spacious patio with a dining set and 4 Muskoka chairs perfect for morning coffee.
The upper terrace is a true gem. Filled with tropical plants, there is a covered living room lounge area coupled with a large bar with seating for 6 and a full BBQ kitchen. Perfect for fiestas. On the rooftop, there is cute 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a separate 2 piece bathroom. Enjoy an outdoor shower or lounge in the sun in this private space.
