Welcome to Sawyer Country Estate! This 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is on a secluded 2.4 acre lot less than a mile to downtown Sawyer, and minutes to Warren Dunes Beach and the southwest Michigan wineries. Enjoy the large 25'x45' pool (with safety cover) and spacious yard. In the off season, enjoy the proximity to the areas wineries, breweries and distilleries only a short drive away. Southwest Michigan has so many offerings that you'll never be disappointed in what you can do all year!
We offer a 2-night minimum rental period, and 3-night minimums around some holidays.
The Space:
The 5,300 SF home offers multiple spaces for groups to gather and plenty of outdoor space for enjoying the pool deck and yard. On nearly 2.5 acres this property caters to larger groups and families looking for a secluded retreat.
WEDDINGS AND EVENTS: While we are not an event venue and its in a residential area. We can host small weddings group gatherings with total event occupancy limited to the capacity of the house, 24 people. We do not allow DJ's or bands. Limited catering is permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage casued by vendors they hire.
Please note the property does have Ring doorbell cameras monitoring the doors and gates. These cameras are not monitored and for guest privacy there are no cameras monitoring the interior of the home, pool area, hot tub or yard.
BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE CONFIRM UNDERSTANDING OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS (INCL. COVID-19) ARE NOT EXCLUDED FROM THE POLICY SO GUESTS ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING. WE DO RECOMMEND GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE IF THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT POTENTIAL NEED TO CANCEL PRIOR TO THE STAY.

PAYMENT TERMS: For direct bookings through our website and VRBO, 10% of the booking amount is due when booked and the balance is due 60 days prior to the stay. If the booking is within 60 days of the arrival date, 100% is due when booked. AirBNB payment terms are per the AirBNB website.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For direct bookings through our website and VRBO, Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 60 days prior to their arrival date. Within 60 days the reservation is non-refundable. If the booking is made within 60 days prior to the arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. AirBNB terms are per the AirBNB cancellation policy.
Dogs permitted, maximum of 2 and $100 pet fee applies to each dog. No other pets are permitted.
