We loved the house! Everything was thoughtfully arranged and prepared. This place was great for our family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some alone time, plenty of options for entertainment, and a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Also, Oscar was very helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place and great location just outside of Dominical. Easy to visit Manuel Antonio, Uvita (Marino Ballena National Park), and Nauyaca Waterfall. Oscar was so great and helpful. It definitely is a steep driveway, but we had no issues. Had about 10 monkeys playing in the tree right by the house for a good 30 mins one morning. A definite highlight!

Wonderful house

This house was wonderful. Great location for anything near Dominical, Uvita, or Manuel Antonio. It has plenty of room to spread out. The air conditioner worked great. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Oscar was amazing in getting everything organized. You definitely need a 4x4 to get to this property. Only downside was the WiFi did not work half the time.

Beautiful views and property

Such a beautiful property, with views from every window! Oscar was very attentive and so welcoming, checking in with us often. We found the home clean and very comfortable for our family, 4 adults, 3 kids. The drive up is a bit steep, so recommend 4 wheel drive, but it’s well worth it for the views and oasis up the hill that awaits! Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

I traveled with my family (kids 8 & 6) and we loved everything about the property. The home was amazing. Oscar was wonderful and helped to make our stay perfect. We very much enjoyed our chef experience as well as all the activities he booked for us. I highly recommend and would absolutely go again.

Beautiful, Amazing Place

My family and I loved this place. Extremely comfortable, clean, beautiful, and you can't beat the views. Very, very convenient (5 minutes to town, beaches, surf beak), great pool, great bedrooms, great wildlife. Great vacation home near Dominical

My wife and I stayed at this house for a week. The property exceeded our expectations in every regard. The view from the patio and every room in the house is unbelievable! The pictures don't do it justice. The property is very private and has a front row seat to amazing Costa Rican sunsets. It has a great view of the Ocean from the patio. We also had plenty of wildlife all around the house. The location is also great for short drives to many of the local attractions in Quepos, Dominical and Uvita. The service from the property manager, Oscar, is also first class. He met us at the house after hours to check us in and show us around. We had a question on operating the hot tub during the week and he had our question answered very quickly. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Christmas Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We were a family of five traveling (husband and I and our three young adult children ages 18-22) and everyone loved the property. Each kid had their own room and bathroom. The house was quiet and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for making meal. The pool and hot tub were used everyday. The most amazing part was the view!! We sat on the balcony most days and just enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. You do need a 4x4 to get to the driveway. Booking the property was smooth and easy. Estaban answerered ALL my questions. Once we booked, we really appreciated the concierege services of Oscar. He basically planned our vacations....he recommened the shuttle from SJO airport to the VRBO for our family. He arranged for our rental vehicle to be waiting at the VRBO for our use during the week. Then he made the reservations for our daily activities (canyoning, horseback riding, monkey boat tour, scuba/snorkel) as well as the chef services! All five of us loved this vacation. Costa Rica is amazing, but so is this property and the services! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with all the amenities one would want.

The home was very comfortable, well furnished and had all the needs one would want. Including daily maid service and a spectacular view of the ocean. The concierge, Oscar, was always available and called daily to make sure all our needs were met.

Great stay

Our family of four, including two teens, really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, in a quiet location, close to the main road, and has great views and amenities. We liked being just a bit away from the crowd but close enough to do plenty of activities. The infinity pool was a great place to kick back and enjoy the sights and sounds, very tranquil. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had great views from both the inside as well as the balcony. I’m always skeptical when I see amazing pictures of a property, but the property was every bit as nice as the pictures. Property management was responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The staff is amazingly great to work with. The home is gorgeous. The area is packed with fun things to do. There are a couple reasons I'm not giving 5 star. First, the AC broke in 2 of the bedrooms before we arrived, so our first 3 days included repairmen and no AC in those rooms. Second, I felt the road up to the property was dangerous, particularly at one point where there was a curve with no guard rail and a steep drop off. We had to use 4 wheel drive to make it up to the property -- we started sliding backwards downhill our first time up the drive because we didn't have 4 wheel drive turned on. Our AC experience presumably would not happen to others, and the staff was fantastic in working through the issue, including working out a way to comp us a perk for our inconvenience. So, 4+ stars. If we return to Dominical, we would very likely want to stay here again.

Lovely property in a great location near Dominical and Uvita. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and well laid out for a holiday week--nice bedrooms, en suite, with a spacious common area and well-equipped kitchen. Can't say enough about the property management; Ivan was prompt, courteous, unfailingly pleasant and helpful--a real joy to work with.

Amazing property!!! quite, luxurious and well equiped

all areas of the house are in perfect condition. the kitchen is well stocked and comfortable. the expansive views from the living room and two master bedrooms are fantastic. the pool is clean, water temperature is perfect and provides great views of the ocean and sunset. the location allows for easy drives to many different beaches and restaurants in the area, especially ojochal in all a great place to spend a vacation

Magnificent villa!

We were 2 families of 7 spending 5 days around New Years in villa Exotica. Due to excellent communication and alignment with Oscar, we were well prepared for getting the most out of our holiday. For new years Eve Oscar arranged for a cook to come to our house and make us a lovely dinner. He also made the arrangement for us to visit Maual Antonio National Park, which was very professional, pleasant and a true wildlife experience. We enjoyed most afternoons by the pool, watching the magnificent sunset. Everything worked out perfectly, the villa is very well equipped, clean, spacious and very practical for family with teenagers. We enjoyed several trips in the neighbourhood, such as Dominical, Playa Uvita and the waterfalls. We highly recommend this lovely villa, and we would love to come back!

Celebrating my 50th birthday with friends

I recently stayed at Villa Exotica with friends. The house was perfect for our group of 7. There isn't enough that can be said about Oscar and the service he provides. He was really responsive in helping with our airport shuttle, ATV excursion, private chefs, massage services and car rental. Everything was as planned and arranged for our stay. Oscar was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle. The house is close to beaches, markets and local restaurants. Everyone was pleased with the Villa and the services that were provided. This was the perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday.

Beautiful home and view sadly ruined by construction noise next door.

We just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful home and feel it is important to inform others of the problems we encountered throughout our stay. The home is beautiful and the view is spectacular unfortunately while trying to enjoy both we were disturbed by the loud noise of construction and quite surprised that the description did not mention that there is a home under construction just next door. Our morning ritual of coffee on the veranda to listen to the sounds of nature were dampened by a skill saw and hammering. The majority of wildlife seemed to shy away only to return when the workers took a break or finished for the day. The internet was spotty, the air conditioning in the master bedroom would shut down midway through the night, and the burglar alarm was malfunctioning. Although Oscar the concierge would immediately respond to our concerns he was unable to address the construction noise and could not remedy the air conditioning or spotty internet problem while we were still there due to the repairman being out of town. This development is in the early phase so I'm afraid most of these beautiful homes will be in a construction state for quite some time. If you are heading to Costa Rica for a quiet escape filled with birds and monkeys you may want to inquire about the noise before you book. Once these issues are resolved I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Wonderful views. Superb, quiet location. Excellent accommodations. Exceptional concierge!

We loved our stay at Villa Exotica. We spent 8 days there in April 2018. The pictures don't do the place justice. We loved the privacy and seclusion. Oscar, the concierge, was extremely accommodating with booking adventures and taking care of every detail of our stay with ease. All of the rooms were very nice and the kitchen was fully stocked - including a welcome basket of fruits. The kitchen is big enough to make meals if you don't always want to go out. The bedrooms all have fans and AC units. The whole house was comfortable even though it was 90 just about every day. The pool area is very relaxing. We also used the grill a couple of times and it was spotless. We recommend getting a private chef for at least one night. It was so nice to have food waiting for us upon our arrival. You will definitely need a 4X4 to get up portions of the driveway, but most of the roads nearby are easily accessible by car. This place is only a few minutes from Dominical which is a great surfing village with neat shops and excellent food options. You can have Adobe car rental drop off and pick up your vehicle right at the house, which is very convenient! Definitely take advantage of the services provided by Paradise Breezes. We did horseback riding, zip lining, surfing, in-room massages and a few tours. Having a concierge makes all of the difference. You will get set up with the best tours and best values - versus trying to figure it all out on your own if you are not familiar with the area. Drive south to Uvita as well, there are a ton of cool places to explore and we only scratched the surface. But some of our best moments and most relaxing times were spent just hanging out on the terrace taking in the breathtaking views of the Pacific. We had toucans and other birds entertain us for hours on end. It was tough to leave and come back to reality (aka Winter)!

One word, Breathtaking!

The stay was amazing, Oscar was better than helpful. The views were awesome! Drive a 4X4. The beaches, food, and sites are mostly on the same road. Use Oscar for all of your bookings. Chef experience was great. Can't wait to go back!

Luxurious with great panaramic views, and friendly and helpful staff

Paradise Breezes! What a place!! This is a beautiful well maintained property where we spent ten wonderful days with our family of four adults and two teenagers during Spring Break. We stayed in the luxurious Villa Exotica, a private large four bed room luxury villa with the most comfortable beds. Villa Exotica has a high end well equipped kitchen which we used to cook several dinners in, and many of our breakfast meals. There is also a large gas grill on the pool patio where we grilled and relaxed by the infinity pool and hot tub. Groceries are a short trip down the road in Domical just outside the beach town center. There are many restaurants in the area to eat out, and we enjoyed dinner at Phat Noodle (a very neat outdoor place with a converted colorful RV as the kitchen), coffee and interesting delicious food choices at Café Mono Congo, milkshakes and cinnamon buns at Café Delicias, and the best take out pizza from Rio Lindo Hotel Pool Bar, all in Dominical. During our stay we rented surf boards, and surfed every day at multiple beach locations depending on the wave heights. Most of the beaches are tree lined, and we purchased a hammock from a local vendor which mom spent the week relaxing in. A short drive from our villa we visited Nauyaca Waterfalls, which was an amazing experience including the five mile hike from where we parked, and swimming in the natural pool at the bottom of the falls. During our hike to the falls we saw several monkeys, and two large red macaw parrots. We original planned to do the zip line and ATV tours, but our experience at the beaches and relaxing by the Infinity pool and hot tub, made it hard to do anything else. The property is well landscaped, and right at our villa we saw several toucans, many bird species, and a sloth and her baby. Oscar (the property manager and our concierge during our stay) and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and you can tell from the day you meet them they take pride in what they do. Oscar even helped plan our trip communicating with us several times well before our arrival. I would highly recommend this luxurious villa community to anyone planning to visit the beautiful Central Pacific region of Costa Rica, wanting to experience the Pura Vida life style. While there is much to do in the area, our time was spent mainly surfing, hanging at the beaches, and relaxing at the villa since it was so comfortable and peaceful. Pura Vida!!
