The Space:
This condo is for one unit located inside a 6-unit building with a common outdoor courtyard. Please inquire if you are interested in renting more than one of the units.

Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
–Pets are not allowed at this property. 
–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Inflexible, gruff and disappointing hosts.

We enjoyed the house and the location. Our trip was successful but we had a bad taste in our mouths over the property managers treated us before we arrived since we attempted to change our reservation by two days.

Bad review first. WiFi was terrible. Reached out to property manager as they suggested in check in process and never heard from them all week. Very disappointed. Description is misleading. We thought we were renting a 5 bedroom house. It’s set up as an apartment and we only had 3 rooms which was tough for the four of us. Be cheerful of stairs. Was very slippery going upstairs. There was something on stairs and it wasn’t water. Was there all week. Good review- location is great. Beautiful on the inside. Well kept. Check in process was easy. Great direction on parking. Walkable to everywhere. Great kitchen and cooking supplies. High end refrigerator
