Private Health and Wellness Retreat:
• The moment you walk in, the first thing guests notice is the health and wellness space on the ground level. It isn’t a typical “home gym” — it’s a full performance center. You’ll find things like a Peloton Treadmill, Hydrow Rowing machine, a cold plunge (as low as 35°F), free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, padded flooring, premium Sonos surround audio, large TV, refrigerator, and more coming.

• 10' x 30' in-ground pool coming soon—scheduled for completion by July (feel free to inquire for the latest timeline). In the meantime, enjoy our on-site above-ground “cowboy pool,” perfect for lounging with 4–6 guests

• A custom outdoor Finnish sauna (reaching up to 200°F) is currently in development and scheduled to be available no later than Fall 2026

Bedroom:
Rest is our priority. One large bedroom with a King bed, plus a Queen sofa bed and flexible sleeping configurations as needed. Every mattress features premium linens and exceptional comfort. Guests tell us over and over: they sleep better here than they do at home.

Every stay comes with a spa-like touch. Dual vanity, spa-inspired shower, an outdoor shower everyone loves, plush linens, premium toiletries, and thoughtful touches throughout.

• Exterior spaces (e.g. the dock) and amenities (e.g. the gym) may be shared when the other residence is occupied; however, the property offers ample space (1 acre) for everyone to enjoy comfortably.
• As with most homes, sound can travel between spaces. When the Garden Suite and the upstairs residence are occupied by different guests, you may occasionally hear normal household noise. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM–8:00 AM, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful during these times.
