Luxury Savannah Retreat (Heated Pool+Pet Friendly)

Welcome to this newly renovated, family & pet friendly Savannah Oak Retreat, a mile from Wormsloe State Historic Site. The approach to the house, tunneled on both sides by iconic oak trees is a dreamy site.

Inside, you'll discover a beautifully upgraded home with opulent touches, a well-equipped kitchen, an entertaining game room, a heated swimming pool, and verdant, well-maintained garden. With an array of amenities, it's the perfect place for your upcoming gathering with friends or family.

This 6 room single-level bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. The home boasts an open concept floor plan in the main living area with dinning area and kitchen, with beautiful countertops, stainless steel gourmet appliances & butler's pantry. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms with smart TV (in 2 bedrooms), central A/C and heater, game room, outdoor swimming pool. There is a dedicated office space with additional sleeping area.

The house has sleeping arrangement for 8 people:

- Master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (sleeps 2)
- 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2)
- 3rd bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Office room has a futon sofa converts into a bed (sleeps 1)
- Game room has a futon sofa that converts into a bed(sleeps 1)
There is an additional queen air mattress in the master bedroom closet (sleeps 2)

GAME ROOM:
Adding to the space is an entertainment room with TV, pool table, board games and direct access to the outdoor garden and swimming pool.

OUTDOOR + POOL Area:
There is a direct access to a private courtyard with large swimming pool and plenty of room for outdoor entertainment. The swimming pool area features sun bathing recliners and lounge seating under the pergola with fire pit and BBQ grill in a fully private and enclosed backyard. Pool is open year round, but be mindful that Savannah is a seasonal state and it may not be pool season September - February

PARKING:
House comes with 2 car covered shed parking and 2 car drive-way parking.

LOCATION:
Only half a mile away, you'll find excellent dining options in the Sandfly area. Downtown Savannah is just a 15-minute drive, and the airport is a convenient 30-minute journey. Additionally, in just 30 minutes, you can reach the beautiful Tybee Island beach

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway & grass areas at the back which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.

Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.

About the Isle of Hope area: We are located just a mile away from the Historic Wormsloe tourist attraction in the Chatham county, Isle of Hope.

The Isle of Hope Historic District is a unique coastal-riverside community developed over the course of 100 years beginning in the early nineteenth century. Located on a small inland island few miles from downtown Savannah, it is bounded by the Skidaway River to the east and residential lands on the north, west and south.

At the Wormsloe Historic Site, visit one of Georgia’s most famous and photogenic sights: the Avenue of Oaks, a mile and a half of 400 moss-covered oak trees, first planted in 1891. Nearby, the historic neighborhood of Sandfly has become a destination for its popular restaurants and shops. Boaters can dock in the marina, capable of accommodating dinghies to mega-yachts.

PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.

Our neighborhood does not have any other rental homes, our neighbors live in their homes and deserve to be treated with respect by our renters. We stayed for several nights while visiting family who live in the Landings. This location was close to them, and all amenities we needed. The home is well laid out with a large kitchen and common space for convening, and everything was as described in the listing!

We were in town for a Sporting Clay tournament at the Forest City Gun Club and this location is perfect for an event there. The dining options are fantastic and very nearby and everything about the stay was wonderful. The remodel of the property was done very well and the showers, kitchen and game room area were all top notch. Pool was great as well but we did not heat it in time unfortunately so it was a bit chilly. All in all, a great place to rest!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful vacation rental in Savannah, GA over the 4th of July weekend. The property was super clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlights of our stay were definitely the pool and the game room. We spent hours enjoying the water and playing games, which made for some unforgettable memories. The location is also great, providing easy access to everything Savannah has to offer. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
