Welcome to the Jones St Jewel, a quaint, one-bedroom efficiency unit located on the historic and beautiful Jones Street in the heart of Savannah. Featuring a comfortable full bed, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room, you will have everything you need just minutes from everything downtown offers. Tucked away on the third floor from a shared courtyard, you will have all the vibes you want with a trip to Savannah. Need more space? This unit can be rented with another studio below.



The Space:

Enter the building through the main entrance that leads to a shared, brick-lined courtyard, where you will take the black steel staircase to your third-floor apartment.

Through the front door, find an efficient apartment with fresh updates, stylish décor, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You will first step into the living room, designed as a front-to-back apartment. Find a comfortable two-person sofa and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows there.

Connecting to the back of the apartment is a small galley kitchen with a full appliance package appointed with everything you need to cook during your stay. Find pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, and more.

Directly off the right side of the kitchen is the single bathroom with a shower/tub combination, single vanity, toilet, and custom tile work that creates a fresh and clean feel. The bathroom is outfitted with all of the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer

The single bedroom with a two-person double mattress wrapped in fresh linens is at the back of the kitchen. An efficient wall AC and heater ensure a comfortable stay while a single skylight fills the room with natural light.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for your use! The courtyard is shared but rarely used, and there is a washer/dryer room through the doors at the back of the courtyard that you may use for free.

We allow one (1) dog NO cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid before checking in



The Neighborhood:

The Jones St. Jewel is located just north of Forsyth Park on the west side of the Historic District. Surrounded by some of the best dining options in town, you are just a minute's walk from many of the local and out-of-town favorites.

Grab a delicious southern bite and Mrs. Wilke's Dining Room. Pour a perfect pint at the Crystal Beer Parlor, or start your day with a short walk to Savannah Coffee Roasters.

Short strolls towards the river walk will only increase your options with places like Noble Fare, fine dining, The Olde Pink House, The Lady & Sons, Chart House, and many more.

Start your bar/pub tour by stopping into some staples of Savannah, including Six Pence Pub, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or Dub’s Public House. Enjoy riverfront views at Myrtle & Rose Rooftop Bar down on the river walk.

Are you looking to shop while you are in town? You are just a 14-minute walk from the famed City Market, where you can enjoy endless boutique shops and many brand-name stores.

Explore the rich history of Savannah by stopping into one of the many museums and historical sites. Just minutes from Blue on Broad are the Web Military Museum, Telfair Museums, Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the American Prohibition Museum.

A stop in Savannah wouldn’t be complete without a walk-through of Forsyth Park, just a 20-minute walk away. Or enjoy Washington Square, another beautiful green space just minutes away.

Getting Around:

Directly outside of the apartment, there is free parking between 5 pm on Friday to 8 am on Monday. Outside of those hours is paid parking near the home.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker and Liberty SB just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:

One dog max (up to 35 pounds) and the one-time fee is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :) Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee

No parties.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.

No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.

Do not smoke on the property or near the home.

Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.

Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
