Historic Downtown Bohemian Loft with Exposed Brick by Lucky Savannah

This light-filled loft is open concept living at its finest – boasting 4 over-scaled windows and multiple sky lights, this eclectic Bohemian style apartment is truly a hidden gem! Stay in the heart of it all just off of Ellis Square, where a world of nightlight and shopping awaits.

Enter ground level into the condominium building, where guests are given a secure access code, then haul your luggage up to your unit making check-in a breeze! Access is seamless, as guests will have a unique access code for the unit itself so multiple members of the party may come and go as they please.

The living room welcomes you to kick back and unwind, with cozy furniture and flat screen TV. Open to the living area, the kitchen features exposed bricks, original cabinetry, with a spacious dining room table. The loft is additionally equipped with cooking utensils and dish ware - Making this kitchen perfect for preparing a home cooked meal. If you don't feel like cooking, you have an entire city of options within steps!

The primary bedroom is located just off of the kitchen, that close off to the rest of the home with blackout curtains. The space is fitted with a king size bed, and an open bathroom that features a relaxing soaking tub, and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom, is fitted with a queen size bed, and also conveniently connects to the bathroom. Making your way through the second room, you'll find the third and final bedroom that closes off to each space. This bedroom is made up with a twin, and can also be utilized as a home office - Perfect for extended stays!

Grab a loaded bagel and coffee at Goosefeathers Cafe before heading down to River Street. Nearby shops such as The Salt Table, Savannah Bee Company, and Byrd Cookie Company offer local gifts and treats, alongside larger retailers like Anthropologie, Tommy Bahama, and H&M. Pair a dozen oysters with your favorite beer at Sorry Charlies for lunch, and stick around City Market in the evening for live music and a plethora of bars and casual dining to choose from. What a fun loft apartment! Great location. Everything was clean. Super comfy beds. Very spacious. Be sure you stay with people who you are comfortable with as there aren't any traditional closing doors....only curtains and sliding glass doors that don't really block out noise from other rooms. We did have a hiccup with the wifi information - what was provided was not accurate but thankfully someone put a handwritten note on the fridge with the right info. Also parking is kind of a pain but that's most places in Savannah - we parked in the Whitaker Street garage which is very short walk from the apartment and paid about 20 per day. There was some street noise early in the morning from deliveries/trash dumping for the restaurants located below but nothing that was crazy. We kind of expected that. We loved this rental and will return!

Great Spot for Exploring the Historic District

Check-in was a little rough on this one. We were provided with an external access code for the building and an internal one for our apartment. When we arrived, there was a key lock box, two doors with digital keypads that seemed to be dead, and a keypad that looked like part of a call system. The external access code didn’t seem to work anywhere, but we eventually figured out that one of the locked doors would open if you pulled hard enough. Management was receptive to the feedback, so hopefully they've addressed this issue.Parking was also a bit of a challenge. This wasn’t really the fault of the property, just the reality of staying downtown. Everything was metered parking, and we had to pay attention to street sweeping schedules to avoid tickets or getting towed. We tried to leave the car parked as much as possible, but when we did need to move it, it could take a while to find an open spot.That said, the place itself was great. Very spacious and open for a downtown location. We had three people and plenty of room, but it easily could have accommodated more. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Not the quietest place, with trucks and alley activity outside and some noise from within the building, but that’s to be expected in an active city area.We spent a lot of time walking around the historic district and along the river, so the location was perfect for that. Overall, a solid stay once we got past the parking and check-in.

Cute Condo at a Great Location

This is located in a great location very convenient to Ellis Square and Broughton St. Very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We parked at the Whitaker Street Parking Garage (prices can be found online), can be exited in Ellis Square. The unit is on the 3rd but we never had issues waiting on the elevator (if you don't want to use the stairs). The dining table seats 8 so there's plenty of seating options. The bedroom with the full size bed and the master both have smart TVs along with the living room. There are skylights in the living room, master bedroom, and twin bedroom. So if you like to sleep in super late that is something to consider. Every room is connected by a sliding glass door or curtain (even the bathroom) so definitely go with people you are very comfortable with. The pictures don't fully showcase this, but the room with the full size bed can only be accessed through the room with the twin or the master suite. The main bathroom is fully open to the master bathroom (FYI you cannot shower or take a bath without being seen if someone is in the master bedroom. These privacy details were not an issue in my group but is something to consider. Highly recommend for a girls trip with sisters or very close friends.

Savannah Girl's Trip

Very nicely located unit in the heart of everything. Clean, large, comfortable. Could have used some coffee pods for the Keurig, additional soap, and facial tissues to make it more comfortable as a traveler. Skylight in bedroom needed accessible blind to block early morning light. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Location

The location of this property cannot be beat, and it is attached to a peach cobbler place so it smells incredible anytime you walk in! The apartment was close to shopping, dining, historical sites, night life and the river front. Inside is nicely appointed and really great space.

Great long weekend destination

Location was prime, plenty of food and entertainment options within a 5-10 minute walk. This has a very unique vibe to the interior and decoration, very spacious and a good change up from the “norm”. Can’t wait to get back soon, can’t go wrong here!

St Patrick’s weekend

This was a wonderful and convenient location to everything happening for St Patrick’s day weekend. Our only disappointment was that most of the little shops nearby were closed for the weekend due to the crowds and drinking. I would say this stay might be a little awkward for some guests due to the lack of primary doors and then sliding glass doors on the bathroom (there’s a curtain on the one in the living room), but our group managed it well and made a plan. Overall it was a super cute stay! The beds were comfortable, it was a great central location, and we would stay there again! We did have to park rather far away in one of the decks but we were aware of that, especially going in to a big holiday weekend. For other weekends I wouldn’t think it would be nearly as bad!

Walkable and Charming

My husband and I loved staying at the loft. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance. We loved coming home to a cute, cozy and clean nook right in the heart of everything. And the bed was so comfortable!

Adorable Condo

Adorable condo, great location and layout was great for a large family with small children (not a lot of privacy between rooms). Our only complaints were the wifi didn’t work and the roaches were terrible. Managent company was very responsive, but we’re not able to resolve issues. In our opinion, the owner needs to repair cracks in brick wall to reduce bug problem and get a new modem/router.

The TV setup was very confusing. Wanted to the college basketball finals and couldn't. There was a poor connection to WiFi - when watching the TV it would buffer due to bad connection. Our phones were so slow on the wifi I needed to use my data which was disappointing. We had 2 or 3 palmetto bugs (huge!) which we had to chase and kill. Also - only one trash bag in the kitchen, we had to buy some. Otherwise a cool place and great location.

Great Location

We were visiting Savannah for a girl’s weekend. The location was perfect. We parked our cars and never moved them. The apartment was absolutely adorable. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our group of 5 women. It was also spotless. As a plus the residents that live full time in the building are so very nice. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent Loft style rental

We are so happy with our stay at the Lucky Savannah Bohemian. From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The unit was exactly as described with everything clean and in working order. It's such a unique loft. The four of us were very comfortable and looked forward to returning each afternoon after a long day of sight seeing. I highly recommend renting this unit.
