Located in the heart of the downtown Savannah “Starland” Arts District, this European cottage is footsteps away from over 40 local shops, bars, restaurants, and music venues. After exploring the historic districts, relax in this brand new space inspired by old world artistry — Such as the antique clawfoot tub, perfect for a bubble bath, or take a nap in the photo-worthy William Morris bedrooms. You’ll feel like you’ve taken a trip back in time to when the old world was new in this quaint space!

Modern amenities with this European style cottage that merge old world and new. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, cordless phone chargers on top of alarm clocks, eco friendly soaps, and a pullout couch downstairs in living room with full size mattress. Two bedroom one bathroom house that comfortably sleeps up to five guests.

Relax after a day of exploring Savannah in the perfectly restored antique clawfoot tub or a take a shower in the lux ceiling mounted rain shower. Grab a complimentary robe after your bath and enjoy an evening of entertainment relaxing in bed enjoying the comfort of a premium memory foam mattress while you stream something from one of the many complementary streaming options available on our three 4K AppleTV's.

The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions. The cottage was a pleasant surprise, it was impeccably designed, we loved the bedrooms with their charming style, the kitchen with clever storage design, and we revelled in the clawfoot tub and decadent 20s feel of the bathroom. Our group of three enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if in the area.

Love this place! My wife and I recently stayed for a week with our pup. It was our first time in Savannah and we wanted to stay somewhere unique, and let me tell you this place is a stunner! The pictures are accurate but really don’t do it justice. The colors, wallpaper, trim, tile, and fixtures are beautiful, the memory foam beds are super-comfortable, and the sheets, towels, and robes are top quality. We appreciated their use of technology including a helpful online guest portal and NFC cards that link to instructions/videos for various items within the unit like the alarm, appliances, etc. Finally, we had the good fortune of meeting the owners Jacob and Jake, learning about how the property came about, and their passion for design and the guest experience. They’re wonderful people. We will definitely be back, and in the meantime we highly recommend!

Loved everything, the location was perfect, we walked to several of our favorites. The decor was beautiful and high quality. This is definitely the perfect space for an event filled stay. The only extra I would wish for is a space for 4-5 of us to play a game or relax in the same space. We had a toddler with us who had an early bedtime :) so we were in for the night by 8.

What a place

This place is decorated so beautifully. The location is a bit of a walk to river and shops but a great location. We enjoyed our weekend but looking to come back for a longer stay in future. The host was very friendly and had very good with communication. The replied to messages quickly. The place was very clean and well equipped for a stay.

Nice property but let down in the end

First off this property is recently renovated and to a high standard. Very nicely presented. The location is very handy to nice restaurants and cafes. We drove a bit closer to get to downtown as it was a bit too far to walk for us. While the property sleeps 4, the living area is really only set up for 2, 4 people was a bit tight. After leaving we were messaged to say a blanket was missing and we were going to be charged $50. When we unpacked our car we found the blanket mixed up with our gear. I reached out to the owners multiple times to make arrangements to return the blanket as we were still close by. Unfortunately they made no reply. It seemed they were more interested in charging the $50 than getting the blanket back. A disappointing end to a nice stay

Beautiful stay in Savannah

The cottage is well-appointed, spotless & comfortable (family of 4). There are small touches that made all the difference; they have the same tea I drink at home, vintage cups and beautiful décor. On several days, we took leisurely strolls towards River Street and had a couple of beach days as well. Hosts are extremely communicative and accommodating. Would stay again, 5/5.

Perfect little place to stay while we were in town for one night for a baseball game. Perfect location to the stadium. Perfect for a couple or a couple of friends get away. High tech place. Very up to date. Comfy beds. Cons: Parking was a little tighter than it looked. Rain shower not a lot of pressure but an awesome tub.

March 2024 stay

We had an amazing time staying in Jacob and Jake’s gorgeous property! This is, by far, one of the best and most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in! The location for us is perfect—we love the Starland area with its shops, restaurants and Two Tides brewery; and we can also walk towards the river since Savannah is so walkable. The cottage was pristine when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in as well! We also loved the smartphone tags throughout the cottage to help us. The best part about this trip, though, was how communicative, generous, and thoughtful the owners were with us! They really made us feel so welcome and helped us get settled in easily. I very highly recommend staying here and I know that we’ll look to stay here again for future visits! Thank you for an incredible experience!

The property was perfect with every detail well thought out. We had a party of three which was great for the size of the house. We walked to restaurants and getting to anywhere in Savannah was easy from this location. The hosts were very good making sure we had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Overnight Stay in Savannah

The property was just as described. It is a beautiful and charming inside. I was a little skeptical of the area. A resident of Savannah informed me there is a homeless shelter nearby. There were quite a few sketchy looking men walking around at all times of the day/night. I witnessed a guy sleeping in his parked car on the street, in front of the cottage door. On a positive note, the owners do have cameras and an alarm system that you can arm during your stay. The property is a minute walk from the Starland Yard area of Savannah.

Adorable Cottage in Savannah

Beautiful cottage, very tastefully decorated. High end furnishings throughout. The beds were very comfortable. Jacob was so nice and friendly, responded back to my messages very quickly. He was incredibly helpful and gave us many recommendations and even sent a guide that listed nearby restaurants and shopping. The cottage was in walking distance to everything.
