Car is the best way to get around Savannah

1. Your safety matters to us. There is a camera on the front porch of the home. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors
3. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If your home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
5. ABSOLUTELY no parties or events allowed at our home

These rules are to be respected at all times to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable yet trouble-free experience. Violation will be determined and could result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional related fees $.

*Locals MUST communicate with us before booking

*No smoking ( includes vape, dab, or hookah ) of any kind inside the home
*No Loud music (Quiet Hours) between 11:00 pm and 8 am
*No disturbance of neighbors
*No party or organized events

*No parking on the grass/lawn; violation of this rule may result in $100 FINE for any damages incurred
*Only guests who are on the reservation may be on the property at any time.

IMPORTANT
- Please be a good neighbor and respect the City's Quiet Hours, which are between 10pm - 8am.
- All noise/disturbance that causes neighbors' disruption may incur a $3000 Fine and have their reservation escalated to Airbnb support for termination of the reservation with no refund, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
- This may sound scary, however, if your intentions are not to throw a party/Event at this property, you should be right!

Any safety concerns, including if any equipment, safety netting, or locks are not working properly, must be reported immediately to the Management Company.

Extra Guests
- Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included on your reservation) will be charged $50 per night per person.

- Any unaccounted-for guests that are not on the reservation will be considered a party, and that reservation may be canceled without a refund.

No Smoking policy.
- Any smell of smoke/Marijuana inside the property is subject to $1000 FINE following check-out, shared by our housekeeping team.
-No Vaping

Pet Policy
- $100/pet pet fee and $200/pet Refundable Deposit

AC policy
-Please keep the door closed at all times. The air conditioning system will freeze up when doors are left open, and guests will be responsible for any repairs needed. AC repairs typically take some time, and alternative accommodation would also be at your expense.

Late check-out policy
-Late check out past 30 minutes without prior notice will be a one-nightly rate fine as it does affect our cleaning team's schedule, preparing for our next guests. This DOES NOT mean guests are allowed to extend their check due to this fine being enforced

Trash Policy
-If trash and recycles are not put in the proper bins, it may result in a fine of $100.

We used the house for a weekend for my bachelorette trip to Savannah. Everything was perfect. We loved the location because we went to both Tybee and Savannah. The house was right in the middle and it was a good distance from both. Loved the house, perfect for the amount of people we had. We loved the decor and the color in the house.

The cleaning lady was still there when we arrived. The cleaning lady was present on check in day until 9pm. The beds were not made upon arrival. The A/C was not working properly. The temperature of the house was 84 degrees the majority of the time. The toilets were clogged and leaking throughout our stay. We had roaches. The couch had horrible stains. The rug in the living room was dirty and smelled. Once we moved it we had to sweep up a lot of dirt. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close. The blinds for the sliding glass door were barely there. The blinds had been destroyed and not replaced. It advertised as pet friendly. However, the back yard had a fence that was in disrepair. Several areas had missing pieces of wood, damaged fence, one section of fence had a gap at the bottom so other animals could get in the yard. The stove top did not work properly. The burner regardless if you had it on low or high was on burn your food high. They also advertised a fully stocked kitchen. They didn’t have basic equipment such as cookie sheets and cookware that was not damaged. My husband had to replace the light bulb on the front porch so we would have light coming and going at night. The trash cans were overflowing and the smell was awful. We were asked to put out the previous renters trash. We did not have a trash can in the house for 24 hours. The host offered a credit of one night. I plenty of pictures.
Dirt in the living room floor we had to sweep up day two after moving the dirty smelly rug.

It was awful. Many things were wrong with the property. The drains didn’t work in the tub, the ice machine in the refrigerator was frozen off, there was old dog poop under the bed, no remote for one of the TV’s. But he did order a new one and have it delivered 3 days after we were there. Offered to send a cleaning crew but we had already cleaned everything. No need then. There was rotted food smell in the garbage cans that even the neighbors were complaining about. That he said they would take care of. All they did was move it from one side of the house to the other. You couldn’t even stand to sit outside. There was a sewer pipe that was uncapped that everytime you flushed a toilet you could smell it outside very strong. The rug int be living room was all frayed up from I’m assuming a dog. Wasn’t even offered a discount or anything. I would’ve left and stayed somewhere else but I didn’t have the money after paying over 1600 to stay here a week. I cleaned his house when I got there and before I left and fixed everything ourselves except the garbage and remote.

The size of the house was perfect for our large group, the fenced back yard was great for our dogs, and grocery stores are close. The house is located in a central area so we were able to enjoy the local attractions without a long drive.

Perfect location!

Perfect house for a larger party! We stayed at the house for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect distance between the beach and downtown! The owners were great with communication and the house was perfect for what we needed!

Not great/ smelled

Thanks for your correspondence and communication but our family did not enjoy our stay. It’s cute, photogenic for the internet.We all thought it smelled funky and I thought it might old food but other patrons thought other things. I ended up having to book something else for them as they would not stay. The stains on the couch and missing vertical blinds and dusty outdoor furniture give the place an unkempt and unclean feeling. I wish it would have been better and not money wasted.

Simple but comfortable accommodations

Very spacious property and well appointed furniture. An abundance of linens and cleaning products, only item lacking were paper towels. Ease of access to come and go and open communication with property manager. Bunk bed mattresses on the thin side for adult sleeping. Couch needs deep cleaning and blinds need replacing. Overall would recommend with just a few minor touches.

Terrible conditions

The only good thing about this stay/property is that the location was a short drive to Tybee Island. From the moment we entered through the front door, it was awful. The couch was dirty. There were large visible stains all over the cushions, food residue in the fridge, missing vertical blinds from the sliding glass door, no grill as stated in the description, hair in the bathtubs, brown stains on the sheets, and what appeared to be a dried urine stain on the mattress cover. We spent hours cleaning and bought linen before we were able to rest. After reaching out to the host detailing what we witnessed and provided pictures, we were assured that a cleaning team would come to the property the following day to address the conditions. That NEVER happened!! We were also offered a mere 10% discount off of each night, as we had booked for the week. This also NEVER happened!! We used the dirty sheets that were on the beds to hang at the door that had several missing vertical blinds to provide some privacy. Otherwise we could see out and someone outside could see in. The privacy fence was also broken and wouldn't lock.Don't waste your money or time!

Spacious, Updated Property

The property was updated with plenty of space for the whole family. Great location, close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check out was the very simple, which was appreciated for our large group.
