Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present 6 Beach Court, a lovely ground floor apartment with sea views, a designated parking space and direct access onto Saundersfoot's award winning beach.

The apartment is centrally located on The Strand which is just minutes away from the lovely array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Saundersfoot has to offer. Stroll around the scenic working harbour, watching the boats as they come and go, explore rock pools at Monkstone point or begin to walk the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast Path - picking up some fresh locally caught sea food as you return to your sea front holiday home.

6 Beach Court provides an ideal holiday setting, wonderful sea and harbour views, perfect for couples or small families.  Sitting in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, sliding doors capture the spectacular views over the bay. Open them up and relax on the small furnished patio area enjoying the morning sea breeze, or the sun setting over the ocean at the end of the day. With the beach literally on the doorstep, don't forget to be sure to check out the vast array of Pembrokeshire attractions and glorious beaches in the area. 6 Beach Court is the perfect base for a truly enjoyable holiday.

The apartment enters into the hallway with doors to all rooms.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Comfortable lounge and dining seating for up to 4 people and Smart TV. Well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge (plus ice compartment), microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. Here the large sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people.

Master bedroom: King-size bed, built in wardrobe, ample storage space. Smart TV.

Family shower room: Shower enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin.

The apartment further benefits from electric heating and WiFi, there is also steps that lead down and provide direct access onto the sandy beach.

Parking


Each apartment has its own allocated parking space. These are best suited to medium sized cars or smaller, as larger vehicles may find the fit a little tight.

Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.

6. Guest Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).

7. Hirers' Responsibilities
The lead Hirer will ensure that:

All Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excessive mess will be billed to, and must be paid for, by the person who booked the property.
any damage or breakages made during the holiday occupancy are reported to the owner and must be paid for (wear and tear excepted);
no more than the maximum number of people or pets are allowed to stay at the Property (as stated on the Website)
smoking is not permitted in any of the Properties
any applicable laws and local or Government guidance are complied with at all times, and ensure that no lead Hirer or their Guests (if permitted at the Property) or pets (if permitted at the Property) do anything which is illegal, or may cause unreasonable damage, noise, behaviour or disturbance
no one enters the Property before the stated arrival date and time and all Guests leave the Property before the stated departure date and time
all Guests must treat people with respect and not act in a way which is

Saundersfoot by the beach

Super location, overlooking the sea, with easy access onto the beach. (There are steps down to the beach, which could be a problem if you have mobility issues, this was pointed out to me by another guest staying in another apartment) Minutes away from Saundersfoot shops, bars, restaurants etc, but far enough to be lovely and quiet. Fabulous for water activities or walking the coastal paths, no need to drive! Lots of Pembrokeshire attractions within easy reach. The apartment is lovely, with modern furnishings. Ideal for 2, may be a little cramped with 4 staying. Open the patio doors in the morning and feel the fresh sea air …perfect. Nice touch of a small bottle of red and white wine and bottles of water. Sachets of tea, coffee and sugar so you can have a cuppa when you arrive. (No milk tho) There is a parking space with the apartment, which is a massive bonus, although the spaces are very small and quite challenging. Hardly any space to open the doors. All the guests in other apartments worked together during our stays to make it easier for each other. I would highly recommend the location of the property, Would definitely return
