All of the tables at the house were lovingly made to order with wood slabs shipped from south east Asia - they have unique wood curves and texture that will capture your imagination.

The coffee lovers will have a wide selection of Nespresso coffee, Keurig pods or drip coffee, complimented my smooth milk foam from a Nespresso Frother.

*LIVING ROOMS*
The main level living and dining area will take your breath away with its dramatic high ceiling, floor to ceiling windows with a stunning view and the armchairs that you can drown in. For those who love music, the room is equipped with a record player with selection of records and a comfy seating with a reading light.

Get ready to take in all seasons in Michigan with their unique beauty - we have not one, not two, but THREE incredible decks for you to enjoy!

The main level deck is perfect for sipping your morning coffee while enjoying the view to Kalamazoo river. A level below there is another deck with a romantic swing.

Downstairs, we have another wraparound deck that will take you straight to the luxurious brand new hot tub. After you are done soaking in a tub, grab one of the fuzzy soft bathrobes (provided), warmed up for you in towel warmers.

Your private home awaits in this picturesque residential neighborhood. The entire home is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note

Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the side door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.



You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to vehicles. If your party has more than 4 cars, there is a free parking lot just minutes away from the house.

TVs are available in every bedroom and the living rooms. Use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+ and bring your own logins. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

For your safety there are two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property pointing towards the street. There are NO indoor cameras.

Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are located throughout the home.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the home.
