Located on Lucy Street in downtown Saugatuck, you will have an assortment of activities at your finger tips. Enjoy a great meal at one of our many dining establishments, take in a show at the local theater, shop at the many cute boutiques, or see how many flavors of ice cream you can taste! There is something for everyone. 

If Lake Michigan is calling your name, Oval Beach and Douglas Beach are both only a 5-7 minute drive away. If you're feeling fit, you could also walk 3 blocks down to the Chain Ferry for a ride across the river and then a 15-minute walk from there to the beach. We also have many hiking options in our area from Mt. Baldhead to the Saugatuck Dunes State Park.

Inside At Ease, which is an upstairs unit requiring a flight of stairs, you'll find an updated retreat to relax at the end of the day.

The main room is an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area is the most spacious with a surround of windows, a flat-screen TV with basic cable, and a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The dining space has a cute table for two and the adjacent snack bar has additional seating for two. You also have the option to head out to the balcony where four of you can dine together overlooking the yard, street, and river in the distance. The kitchen is small but offers the basics you'd need for an easy meal at home. 

The queen bedroom is cozy but has plenty of storage space for your things and an AC unit in the summer to keep you cool. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. This space has a shower tub combo for ease of freshening up for the day.

At Ease is the perfect home base to explore all our beautiful community has to offer.

Please Note:
This is an upstairs apartment and a flight of stairs is required for access.
The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a box fan in the living room. If you keep the blinds closed and the bedroom door open, the whole apartment will be cool.
The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.
This apartment is small. The refrigerator and range are apartment-sized. This is a wonderful location to enjoy all town has to offer.

Cozy Little Place

The location is fantastic. We were right in town, were able to walk anywhere, and the beach was only a few minutes away by car. Parking is right outside the main entrance and was very convenient, and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a full breakfast. This place is perfect for a couple. The listing says it sleeps 4, but that assumes 2 people in the bed and 2 people on the pullout couch; however there is no way 2 grown adults could comfortably sleep on the pullout. The pullout is old and the mattress is not in great shape. Our 2 young girls shared the pullout but our 12 year old ended up on the floor because she was so uncomfortable. We were told the owner purchased a new pullout couch but it is back ordered. Overall, yes the place is small but it’s plenty comfortable for 2 adults or for a family of 4 with small children. I would recommend it due to the location, the cleanliness, the convenience, and the friendliness of the company.

Don't waste your money

Very disappointing. The pull out couch wouldn't pull out and got stuck half way in and out. A representative needed to wrestle with it for 15 minutes to get it out. At that time I commented on the condition of the mattress. It was absolutely terrible. The mattress had springs poking out and holes in it. He said he would contact the owner and in the meantime see if he had a mattress topper. I never heard from him again. I wound up having to buy an air mattress rather than leaving a day early or paying to stay somewhere else. In addition, the tiny air conditioner in the bedroom was intended to cool the whole apartment. It did not! And it was so loud it interfered with conversation and sleep. The bathroom was tiny. You couldn't sit on the toilet without turning at an angle. The shower didn't drain well and was narrow. The cheap plastic curtain kept trying to cling to me while showering. The two things I look for in a rental is a good night sleep and a good shower and this provided neither of those. This location should not be rented until changes are made. It was awful!

Great location

Great location near town - simple, clean 1 bedroom that is a nice place to rest after full days in Saugatuck. The bathroom tub didn't drain well but other than that everything was great.

Great location. Very small for the price. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny. Otherwise it was fine.

Cozy short weekend

Place was exactly as listed. Cozy and clean! Great location! I didn’t have any issues during the stay but from the communication received throughout I knew, if I did, I would be taken care of!
