About this space
Located one block away from restaurants and shopping in the heart of Saugatuck, this 1bd 1ba suite has a private entrance, dedicated parking space and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Your suite is on the lower level, and includes the 3 season porch overlooking the back. There are three suites in the home, and each have their own exterior entry door. The kitchen oven is half the normal size, so you may want to take a short walk to the coffee shops/ restaurants in town for meals!
The space
We have tried our best to create a nice space for guests. Though it may not be perfect, we think it’s pretty great. Your space is part of what once was a single family home that has been split into three separate units. Each of them have their own entrance and dedicated parking spot. The noise in between units is minimal and shouldn't be a problem. The outdoor space includes a table and four chairs as well as a grill. The house is two blocks from town, so location is one of the greatest attributes of this space. The sunroom is my favorite part of this unit.
Guest access
You will have access to the first floor unit in the back of the house, as well as the connected sunroom and an outdoor patio and grill. You will have a private entrance on the left of the house and a dedicated off-street parking space (sometimes hard to find in Saugatuck!). The kitchen is fully stocked with dining and cooking dishes and appliances, including a standard coffee maker. The living room is comfortable and includes a tv with basic hulu streaming services. The wifi is excellent throughout the space. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed and night tables. The living room couch also folds out to a bed, and there are spare sheets and bedding in the baskets in the living room coffee table if needed. The bathroom has a standard shower and includes shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. The closet contains a few items that can be used for the beach.
