The Space:

Lisi Grün Tiny House by Tiny Away is a cozy mobile home on an organic Upper Austrian farm in Sattledt, nestled amidst lush apple orchards, organic flowers, and vegetable gardens—creating a peaceful place for travelers to unwind. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy tiny house living. Nearby, you can dine at Piccolo Mondo, explore medieval Wels, visit Almsee lake, or discover historic Kremsmünster.



This 252-square-foot tiny house features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and excellent bathroom facilities, including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot water.



IMPORTANT NOTE: This mobile home is family-friendly, but please supervise children closely, especially near the loft and stairs, to keep everyone safe.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and the garden surrounded by old apple trees—where Lisi grows organic flowers for local shops—while the private garden remains restricted.



The Neighborhood:

Lisi Grün Tiny House by Tiny Away sits in the quiet suburbs on a typical Upper Austrian farm near the village of Sattledt, offering a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and attractions, while nearby Schacherteich provides a beautiful spot with a fishing pond for picnics, peaceful walks, and birdwatching.

Discover the medieval charm of Wels and the historic monastery in Kremsmünster, located in Kirchdorf an der Krems District, where you can also taste their celebrated wine at the local tavern. Top attractions in the area include Schacherteiche, Almsee, Wildpark Grünau, and the innovative Ars Electronica.



For dining, enjoy Italian favorites at Piccolo Mondo, traditional Austrian dishes at Ins Wirtshaus, or a seasonal menu of authentic Austrian cuisine in a comfortable, barrier-free setting at Bäck Im Holz.

Getting Around:

By car:



- From Wels, 20 min, 13 km, and to Sattledt 5 min, 2 km. All are reachable with a normal car.



By public transport:



- Sattledt can be reached by train from Wels. From there it's a 15-minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

- Firewood at extra cost of 5€ per pack

- All mobile receptions have a good signal

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny house

- We are located on an orchard surrounded by fields

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.
