A true 3-bedroom layout like this one is hard to come by on the Space Coast, and this one doesn't cut corners — every bedroom has a real bed, so there's no need for pull-out couches or trundles to fit the group. With 3 full bathrooms, everyone gets their own space in the morning too.

Heads up: this unit sits on the west side of the building, so there's no ocean or water view from inside or from the balcony. What you do get is a private elevator ride down to the sand — Sandpiper Towers is a beachfront building with private beach access just steps away — plus a west-facing balcony that's a great spot to catch the sunset.



The Space:

This condo has the space that groups and families actually need — three real bedrooms, three full baths, and room to spread out. 🌴



🏠Inside

The living and dining area is open and comfortable, with wicker seating, a dining table for the group, and a flat-screen TV. Tile flooring runs throughout for an easy-breezy, low-maintenance feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated cabinetry and everything you need to cook a full meal — fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher included.



🛏️Bedrooms

The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is set up with two twin beds and its own ensuite bath — a great setup for kids or friends traveling together. Every bed here is a real bed; there are no pull-out sofas or trundles in this unit.



🚿Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms means no waiting in line in the morning — one attached to the primary bedroom, one attached to Bedroom 3, and a third full guest bathroom in the hallway.



🌇Balcony

Step out onto the covered balcony for some fresh air. This unit faces west, so there's no ocean or water view — but you'll get a front-row seat for the sunset instead.



🏊Complex Amenities

Sandpiper Towers is a beachfront complex with private beach access just steps from the building. The complex also has a game room for rainy days, and will have a brand new pool in the coming months.



Guest Access:

You get the full condo to yourselves. I'll send your digital lock code, building access details, and parking info the day of check-in — completely seamless. No key exchange, no waiting around.



The Neighborhood:

Satellite Beach is one of the Space Coast's best-kept secrets — a laid-back, locals-favorite stretch of coastline without the tourist crowds, and one of the few areas near Patrick Space Force Base with vacation rentals available. The beach here is wide, quiet, and perfect for long walks, morning surf sessions, or simply spreading out a blanket and doing absolutely nothing.



The condo sits along A1A with a short stroll to local restaurants and public beaches. It's also conveniently by the Pineda Causeway for quick access to the Mainland area of Melbourne, FL.



You're just minutes from everything on the Space Coast:



🚀 Kennedy Space Center — ~50 minutes

🛳 Port Canaveral — ~25 minutes (perfect for pre- or post-cruise stays)

🏄 Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop — ~15 minutes

🏰 Walt Disney World — ~1 hour (this is Orlando's closest beach!)

🦁 Brevard Zoo — ~15 minutes



Patrick Space Force Base is right next door, making this an ideal home base for Space Coast work trips and TDY stays.



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about an hour away. Rent a car, Uber, or grab a shuttle — tons of options. A car is recommended for exploring the Space Coast, but the beach is literally at your doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

🌇 No water view: This unit is on the west side of the building, so there is no ocean or water view from inside the condo or from the balcony. The beach itself is still just a short walk away via the building's private beach access.



🛏️ Real beds throughout: All 3 bedrooms have real beds (king, queen, and two twins) — no pull-out couches or trundles needed, even for full-capacity groups.



🚧 COMING SOON! NEW POOL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE as of October 2026: Our building is currently undergoing exciting upgrades — a brand-new pool is under construction! We are hoping for the pool to be completed by the end of September 2026, but as with any construction project we cannot guarantee an exact completion date. While the pool isn't available just yet, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to greatly affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. Current pricing accounts for the pool not being completed.



By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions. Tentative completion of construction is Late November of 2026.
