« This view was spectacular from the room! The feeling of being out at the lake while having a great room was great. There was noise transfer from people walking around in the room overhead. »

« It’s clear this property is being updated. I was worried when I got to the front desk, but was so happy when I saw my room. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. "Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time.
The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options.
I would recommend the resort to friends for sure!
