CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
-Strip any used beds and gather used towels
-Load washer with bath towels only
-Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
-Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Take out garbage: Black bin
-Recycle: Blue bin
-Load and start the dishwasher

Please the GREEN BIN is for compost abe materials only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Note that there's a penalty fee of $300, if any of the rules are violated. We also reserve the right to remove non complying guests from the property.
