The Location
Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. Guests can access the development’s Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have private access to the villa during their stay. Your visit also includes complimentary memberships at The Club at Coco Bay, which gives access to the fitness center, community pool and restaurant, plus pickleball and tennis courts.

Villa Mirador is designed for easy group living, with two levels that balance shared space and private retreats. The main floor centers around an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that flows directly to a massive oceanview terrace with pool, lounge areas, and outdoor dining — the heart of the home.

Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the main level with direct access to the pool terrace, while upstairs you’ll find two additional ensuite bedrooms with private balconies, plus a separate den with a sofa bed. Elevator access from the garage to the main living level makes arrival and daily living simple.

Guests will be most comfortable with a golf cart or rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  Most guests would not find this property "walkable" to amenities, but it's a quick drive to both Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.
