Nestled in a secluded jungle paradise, Villa Ocotal Oasis is a stunning two-story oceanview home that offers the perfect blend of luxury and nature. This spacious vacation retreat boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The home is on a large, private, lot in Playa Ocotal.  Playa Ocotal is a quiet village with a beautiful beach set in a cove, offering gentle surf and great walkability (0.5 km/ 0.3 miles from point to point).  There is plenty of shade along the beachfront and the ends of the beach have rocky reefs that offer good shore snorkeling options.  There is a small mini market and two great restaurants - Father Rooster and Maracuya at Bahia Pez Vela Resort (the latter offers day passes to their Beach Club).

A 10-minute drive to the downtown of Playas del Coco gets you into the action. You can either rent a car or have your personal vacation planner arrange for an airport shuttle. Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia, is just a 40-minute drive from the home. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in neighboring Playas del Coco. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk.  You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Enjoy the plethora of restaurants and activities in the area, then retire to the peace and tranquility of this beautiful vacation home.

Guests have access to the entire home including a single-car garage.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  Golf carts are not available for this property due to the steep hills. While it is walkable to Playa Ocotal, most shops and restaurants are located in Playas del Coco. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
