Tropical Dreams 7 is a stylish two-level townhouse offering the perfect mix of comfort and tropical charm. The open-concept main floor features a bright living area with a 42” Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances — plus a convenient half bath and in-unit laundry.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Tropical Dreams complex is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood.  It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area.  Situated just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco.

Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have private access to the entire condo and share the community amenities with other guests. The rooftop terrace shares a wall with the neighboring unit but a privacy screen is in place to create separation.

Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The highlight is the private rooftop patio, complete with a wet bar, fridge, gas grill, dining for six, and comfy lounge seating. Enjoy treetop and pool views while relaxing with your morning coffee or evening cocktail under the stars. You even get some peek-a-boo ocean views!!!

The area is also a very walkable! You can head downtown along the road or along the beachfront walking path. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are also options for transportation during your stay. Our team can help you booking both options, as well as airport transportation. If booking your own golf cart, note that you need a GAS golf cart as there are no charging stations at the complex for electric carts.
