Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, recently renovated and perfect for cooking up a delicious family meal. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed with closet space and the second room has another queen-sized bed. The master bedroom is a true oasis, complete with a beautiful fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and a queen-sized bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and tub for small children, ensuring that everyone can relax and unwind in comfort.
"Madison Manor" can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for a large family getaway or a weekend with friends. The master bedroom features a 55" Smart TV, and the first-floor entertainment room has a beautiful sectional and a large 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights, and the 3 season/wet bar room has an additional 55" Smart TV as well!

For those interested in horse racing, the Historic Saratoga Racetrack is just a short 5-minute/0.4-mile walk away, and you can hear the cheers of the crowd as you near the track walking from our home!

If you're looking to spend time in the great outdoors, our private home has ample front yard space, and ample parking (please do not allow folks looking for close access to the track to park on our large driveway area during track season, if you are asked, please let them know they cannot park here) and back patio space for outdoor activities, as well as a full-sized hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Inside, we have a custom wet bar, and a plethora of board games and yard games for your entertainment.
"Madison Manor" is perfect for families with children, with open spaces for them to play and explore. We provide a highchair, and if you need a pack-and-play, we can recommend a local rental company.
All of our TVs are "Smart TVs," giving you access to all your favorite networks and streaming services, including Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu.
We understand the desire to bring your furry friends on vacation, which is why we are a pet-friendly rental. Please mention that you would like to bring your pet before booking, and we will provide you with a brief questionnaire to ensure that your pet meets our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee for 1 pet (please inquire with us regarding multiple pets), and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken.
We want you to feel safe and secure during your stay, which is why we have a video camera that monitors only the outside of the home for security and safety.

Please treat our home and amenities with care and leave them in the same condition as you found them. If you notice anything broken or out of place, please let us know right away.
Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking in the home after checkout will result in a $300 fine. Guests found to be using illegal drugs on the property will be immediately removed, without a refund, and may face legal consequences.
Please be very cautious when using the outdoor Hot Tub area (please supervise all children under 18 years old at all times), and make sure to clean up any garbage in the area. Enjoy the fire responsibly and safely.
Parties are not allowed unless prior permission is granted by the host. This includes family gatherings, large birthdays, and significant events. Please contact the host to request permission before booking.
Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels in the outdoor areas reasonable after 9 pm. Excessive noise complaints may result in us being unable to host future guests, and repeated noise complaints may result in guests being removed from the property.
Please inform us of any extra guests who will be staying at the home, as they must be approved in advance. Depending on the circumstances, an additional fee may be charged, or guests may be removed from the property without a refund.
Please report any damages or non-working items in the home as soon as possible.
Food and drink are not permitted in the bedrooms. Guests will be held responsible for any stains or damage caused by food or drink.
Check-in and check-out are self-service with a smart code that will be provided a few days before your booking. Please make sure to lock all windows and doors before departing.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host. Bringing pets without consent will result in a $250 fine, and depending on the circumstances, all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.
